Sophia

Hiya, Ive been going to Tsilivi for years and im looking to go again this year. Please could someone tell me where abouts the Sophia is? Is it near to any restaurants or appartments that it is near to. If you could help, thanks :)

i went to sophia hotel in 2008 it was 1 of the best hotels i stayed in and val the cleaner was really nice she was also helpfull and always made the rooms really clean and i hope to go back soon !!

Just come back from a fortnight in Tsilivi, stayed at Amarylis.....Want to come back for a week and stay at the Sophia as they are the best places I have seen in Greece, does anyone no if they charge by the day and you can book a room on arrival, and if so how much....Any contact details would be gratefully appreciated.

I've been 2 Tsilivi 5 times wiv my grandparents nd everytime i've stayed next either the villa next to sophia or the sophia nd mainly because val cleaned them both she is very kind nd helpful.And she always reconizes you everytime u go.my grandparents are there now havin agr8 time im goin in may wiv them nd my m8 kerry so ill be havin fun agen. Sophia is a gr8 place 2 stay, its clean, quiet and it has a gr8 veiw i cnt wait 2 go agen!

 Lovely apartments in a quiet area. Away from the centre, but close enough to walk in. Apartments and gardens were very well kept and very clean. Cleaned every day by Val who is very friendly (towels and beds changed every 3 days). Pool at the Avouris is a 2 minute walk and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk (depends on how quickly our 9 year old was walking!! and how hot it was too!!)

We have been to tsilivi 4 times in the past this time was the best of all

Why not put the mattress on the floor each evening at bed time.  It will be cooler there too!  Or take a double sheet to tuck in all the way round.

Could anyone help regarding a bed guard for our 2 1/2 year old. He will not sleep in a cot and we are concered about him falling on a hard floor.

Been to Tsilivi a couple of times now, best accomadation i have had.  Really clean and well looked after.  As other comments say location is ideal and is set back off the road enough so you do not hear the traffic.  Must say though the cockeral next door is itching to become the centre of a roast dinner.

Back from the 'Sophia'  22-6-2006. Had excellent time. The apartment was immaculate and well looked after by Val  and likewise the gardens by her family. Good position close to town without the noise with just a short level walk from the centre. Same comments apply to the beach. Good supermarket at the bottom of drive/ track. Great pool next door at the 'Avouris' well run by the affable Panos and Dmitre. We would not hesitate in returning to or  recommending the sophia. well done.

PEACEFUL AND CONVIENTLEY LOCATED, WELL MAINTAINED AND VERY CLEAN, TWO MINUTES WALK FROM POOL AT THE AVOURIS WHICH ALSO HAS SAFTEY DEPOSIT BOXES FOR HIRE.

Thinking of staying here and the Manos brochure says free use of pool at the nearby Avouris apartments!!!. Does anyone know how far from each other these apartments are?

Hiya, just a quick general question about having a holiday in Tsilivi. Me and my boyfrend are going there in may for a week and we are staying in the Sophia, i just wanted to check that it is a good place 4 couples to hav a nice getaway, and that the beaches are nice and the rooms are good too. i chose where we were going so im worried that il have made a bad choice!! hope you can help. thankyou.

Lovely apartments very close to a really nice beach. They were very clean and well equipped.
Val the cleaner is lovely and is always on hand if you need anything.
Would definately stay here again.

Nice quiet accomadation with beautiful views of the sea from the upper balconies. Only a short walk to the beach or the town if you want some night life. Val, the cleaner, was very friendly and for a little lass she can lug a hefty wheel barrow! I felt quite guilty drinking my Mythos & wine chaser on the balcony whilst I watched her struggling with the empties!! I would definatly go again.
