This will be our first visit to any greek island so i am looking forward to staying at the sophia after reading the comments.These apartments have been highly reccommended by our good friends Lol and Chris who have styed at the spohia before,we are due to fly on the 11/09/08 for 2 weeks so will add my comments after our return.Looking forward to staying at the sophia. We have already booked our wedding for next on the strength of good reports on Zante itself.

We stayed in the sophia in august 2005 and what a beautiful place it is ! Val the cleaner was lovely always made our room look beautifully clean and tidy,and i remember me being out on the balcony at about 2 in the morning and she came up to me and asked if there was anything she could get me, how nice is that ? its located at the end of a track so its away from the road, beautiful garden kept nice again by val,and very quiet perfect for familys.I would recommend this place 100% to any one who wants a nice peace-full holiday with the beach only a 5 min walk away and a 10 min walk from all the bars,clubs and restaurants its the perfect place for people of all ages !

I've been 2 Tsilivi 5 times wiv my grandparents nd everytime i've stayed next either the villa next to sophia or the sophia nd mainly because val cleaned them both she is very kind nd helpful.And she always reconizes you everytime u go.my grandparents are there now havin agr8 time im goin in may wiv them nd my m8 kerry so ill be havin fun agen.  Lovely apartments in a quiet area. Away from the centre, but close enough to walk in. Apartments and gardens were very well kept and very clean. Cleaned every day by Val who is very friendly (towels and beds changed every 3 days). Pool at the Avouris is a 2 minute walk and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk (depends on how quickly our 9 year old was walking!! and how hot it was too!!)
Would recommend these apartments to everyone. | ||||||||||

| We have been to tsilivi 4 times in the past this time was the best of all
accomodation excellent, Val so friendly and keeps the place 100% the brothers at the amarilys could not be bettered roll on june next year hope i can get in !! two weeks in june was fantastic | ||||||||||

Why not put the mattress on the floor each evening at bed time. It will be cooler there too! Or take a double sheet to tuck in all the way round. |

| Could anyone help regarding a bed guard for our 2 1/2 year old. He will not sleep in a cot and we are concered about him falling on a hard floor. | |

hi there yes there are both hand and bath towels supplied at the sophhia.You can pick a beach towel up for 4-5 euros in town if you want to cut down on baggage.
