Sorry to say it wont be the first and wont be the last having spent dozens of holidays on this island and then living there for over 3 years it is sadly in decline and some of the ex pat p heads are not helping, You drive over to Alykanas / Alykes areas and you see the same drunken stupor making complete fools of themselves that they give the areas a bad name and a lot of these are your holiday "bar owners" [not kids but grown adults ] who have nothing better to do sadly a familiar face from the car rentals in Alykanas Mick passed away just before xmas and will be missed by a lot of people who spend their holidays there. R.I.P. Mick you have no more suffering now,
Will be coming out in August and looking forward to some meals at Petrinos Kipos,All the food is freshly cooked.The owner Ray is always welcoming.Nice gardens,good food & good value what more could you want on holiday
Just for info. Anyone going to Tragaki look up Petrinos Kipos restaurant on the main road from Tsilivi to Kipseli. Run by an English couple, you will always get a warm welcome and excellent food etc.
