george , kiki and family will welcome you with open arms and an ice cold beer! nothing is too much trouble and i can guarentee that you will have a wonderful relaxing holiday in a perfect situation for the beach , town or just relaxing at the pool ! why am i so confident you may well ask ? because we had a brilliant time last year in the best accomodation we have stayed in during all our visits to tsilivi and will be relaxing poolside again on the 9th august this year!!! get the beer in george -see you sunday !

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Aspassia Studios. What a great holiday, George Kiki and family were so welcoming nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartments are clean and comfortable, food was excellent. Would definately recommend these apartments.

Hi Christopher you have to contact George via email to check your dates then before he will reserve apartment get your flights independently. We did this last year and it worked out really well. Taxi from airport to Apartments worked out at 17 euro's didn't have any hanging about email is aspassiadb@hotmail.com Good Luck  |

| We have just had the best 3 weeks holiday with george & kiki the whole family are a joy to be with and both george & kiki are excellant chefs we would recommend anyone who wants a great time with great people go to Aspassia Studios I forgot to say they now have hairdryers in the room ladies you know how important that is especially tothe men whenit comes to weight of the case. |

| Just arrived back from tsilivi for the fourth time.
Been going back to george&kikis each year.The welcome you get is brilliant they know how to look after there guests there is nothing they won't do for you. Lovely family atsmophere very clean and friendly.You are made to feel part of the family. The food is very high standard and a must is there home made pasties.
Rooms are well equiped and clean a must for a relaxing holiday.
Close to beach and amenties
Transfer from airport approximately 15 mins and costs 17 euros.
Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
We will be back there next year. |

Offer you a very warm welcome to the Aspassia Studios
These family run Studios are situated in a superb location in an unspoilt area of Tsilivi. Situated only 50 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes walk to all local amenities including bars, pubs, restaurants, disco and nightclub. The complex is split into two sections, only one of which will house our guests.
Pool Area
Swimming pool with Childrens pool• Sun terrace • Free Sunbeds • Pool Bar serving drinks, snacks & cocktails • Sky Sports & Internet access.
Room facilities
All studios have 2 single beds with the possibility of an additional bed for a third person •21 inch flat screen Television and Dvd player • Large balcony or terrace
• Shower room with continious hot water & wc • Kitchen suitable for the preparation of light snacks with 2 electric rings, toaster, electric kettle, Fridge & Sink unit • Iron & Ironing board • Linen & towel change twice a week, daily maid service except Sunday • Safety deposit box available.
Courtesy room for late departures.

Great place, location and people. George, Kiki and their children are great and operating since 1985, he is in a superb location being close to all amenities and life (if you want it) or just chill out by the great pool accompanied by a cool drink from the bar.
Recommend visiting these studios and apartments to all, you will not find better in Tsilivi. He can be contacted directly now as he is finishing working through Thomson ( aspassiadb@hotmail.com), his rates are excellent too, if you want more info you can contact him for more details.

What a great place to stay - I can't recommend Aspassia Studios highly enough!! I've just got home following a 2 week holiday there and we had a fantastic time. The rooms are clean, bright, have great balconies and best of all they have air con!! plus they all have a lovely view onto the pool or out to sea.
The location of the studios is perfect too, it only takes a minute to walk to the sandy beach and only 5 minutes up to the main road where there's lots of lovely tavernas and bars.
What a relaxing holiday, we will definatly be going back next year - i would recommend booking early as George and Kiki have lots of regular guests.

Excellent place to stay,very friendly and the hospitality is unbelievable.This is our 5th time at Aspassia Studios and it will not be the last.
George and Kiki are like our family in Greece and it is like home from home,our 3 children love coming here and have a brilliant time and are always sad to leave!!!! Book early to avoid dissapointment,we have not left yet and we are going to book as soon as we get back for 2008. |

First time to Greece and this lovely island. Tsilivia is a lovley place.
Was welcomed at the the Asapassia by George and Kiki. Two nice people that make you feel welcome.
The food is lovely and the pool. And if you like cats there are 2 cats that like a lot of fussing if you are round the pool or in the bar.....
Its only 2mins from the beach and about a 5min walk to the town......... |
