This has been the best holiday for me and my family! The rooms were always cleaned and so was the pool. The entertainers were very funny(espessially dean and colin) Sammy was so friendly to me and my kids.The entertainment was good at night and a real laugh with paul! the noise wat noise their was not a peak of sound at night. we will be defiantly be coming back to planos bay apts next year!

We have just got back from the Planos Apartments, the location was good and I have to say it was very clean, the maids did an excellent job, they clean every part of the pool area every morning then clean the rooms, so a well done to them. The rooms were excellent and I noticed we had the best and biggest balcony out of all the rooms so that was was great. The pool was good very clean and not too crowded. There is one thing that I did not like, everyone who stayed their was English, we rather get away from the Brits when we are abroad and I mean right away, we much prefer to hang out with the Greeks and they are so friendly. Overall Zante is a great and I am even thinkibng of moving out to Greece permently one day as I just love.

whats the address of the planos apartments? i need to give it to someone that is meeting us out there. we go on sunday 25th august and i cant wait, has anyone just come back that can tell me what the weather is like?

For All those questioning the different Planos Appts. Here goes, The Plano's Park (new hotel for this year in brochures)has been renamed the Planos Bay and is not in any way the Planos Beach Appts. It sits on the road opposite the Planos Appts (which are set back about 200 mtrs from the road). I believe the Planos Beach Appts were off another road leading to the beach. I will say the staff at the Planos Bay were excellent and a visit to the jewelery shop in the reception worth a visit as it is far more conservative than the usual greek offerings.

We have just got back from our first holiday in Zante. We stayed at the Planos Apartments and found them to be excellent, great location, clean and friendly, we will certainly be back. Regards to Viv and Graham who we met while we were there.

My boyfriend & I are going to Planos Beach apartments in September and are looking forward to it - but i'm now concerned after reading the latest comments by the noise factor - just how noisy does it get ? We were hoping for a quiet holiday !! Also how close is it to everything esle in the resort ? Are there plenty of other places to eat ?

Me and my boyfriend stayed at The Planos Beach apartments and were very pleased on arival, the maids come every day and linen was changed every two or three days, the only downside was the planos bar, the food was awful but the staff are very friendly, dont go for breakfast u will probably have a poorly stomach later on. The noise wasnt a problem for us as the music is turned right down just before midnight. we stayed in planos 1 apartment 1 and the problem was that at 9 o clock in the morning the maids would have a mothers meeting in the reception area which was right outside our door, i think they found it hard to talk quietly instead they shouted to each other. but still didnt stop us sleeping till midday. i would reccomend these aprtments as they are so clean. The pool isnt the best and can get quite busy but with the beach being a two minute walk away this wasnt a problem.

Is planos beach the same as planos bay. What is planos bay like?

the planos apartments were very good .they are next door to the admiral and across the road from the planos bay all owned by the same family.they are all excellent ,very clean and brill maid service.we all had a wonderful time and the cosmos rep was great . mark was his name .

Just got back from Planos Beach. This was my 3rd time there and the place was as good as ever except for one thing,It is a bit noisy late at night.Anyone staying in Planos 1, do not expect a quiet night, as the noise from the bar and the next hotels bar does go on into the early hours of the morning. Still had a great time though, and would recomend the greek nightat planos on a Saturday and The JMC reps show "Saturday Night Fever" Great show, even with kids, but watch out for that free flowing local wine, its a killer.

I go to the Planos Beach Apartments in 2 days on the 4th July is anybody going to be there at the same time or does anybody have any pictures of the apartments...

hi help im confused how many planos appartments are they planos bay,planos park,planos beach and planos apparthotel.im stayng planos apparthotel im now wondering if ive been getting the right information about theese appartments please put my mind at rest and tell me these are the ones everyones talking about on here

We are going to Tsilivi June 2002 and are booked in the Apartments Planos (page 301 Cosmos Summer Sun March - October 2002). Are these the same apartments that are listed in the justzante database?

yes they are same appartments planos park is a new complex which as been built next door and to due to open may 2002,we are staying in the planos appartments in september when are u going

There is one Laundrette that I know of. Its kinda hard to explain where it is, but if you know where the Red Lion pub is then its over the road from it just behind a jewellers, but there are signs to it around that area so you can't really miss it.

this is a lovely place to stay,planos 1&2 excellent bar and staff

Unable to fault the place, it is excellent for families the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.We felt very comfortable and at ease after the the first couple of hours. The beach is less than a five minute walk away, as are selection of shops and restaurants. We cannot reccomend the place too highly and have already booked to go back again next year, PS Runour has it that JMC have relocated that well loved rep to the job centre.

Been here twice before, and parents have been about 6 times,(lost count). Best breakfast around, and staff very friendly, especially Takis. Already booked for 2002.see you there!

The apartments are well situated for the beach and town centre. Many local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Planos aparments are clean and well equiped. The pool is on small size if you are a swimmer that like to Swog. IT,s very much a family hotel which might put couples off if their on thier own in the high season. I had a great time and would high recommended going.The Hotel is about ten mins from the town whcih is nice has you are away from the noise at night but you can still enjoy the night life. My only dwower was the sister hotel next to planos. I would stay away. Its a rip off and a real nightmare .

Cleanest place I've ever stayed. No hassle, friendly helpful staff. Very handy for what we wanted - a quiet restful week near the beach.

i am thinking of going to the planos apartments and would like to know how far from the beach and restaurants/nightlife they are.

Cool apartments with a nice pool. I do have to agree that JMC are totally crap, which is why I'm flying with Airtours in September. That fat reps name is Andy I think (he's just a transfer rep though). Donna is pretty fit too!

GOOD PLACE TO LAY OUR HEADS AFTER A GOOD NIGHT OUT NICE POOL FREINDLY STAFF GOOD LOCATION...BUT JMC ARE BY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE FORGETING TO PICK 4 OF US UP FROM THE PLANOS FOR THE AIR PORT ON THE 13/07/01 AND THEN GETTING A CAB THERE JUST IN TIME FOR A FAT JMC TOAD TO INSULT US BY SAYING THE COACH HAD PULLED UP OUT SIDE THE RECEPTION BUT WE WASN'T THERE...TIP TO JMC >>>>>>>>SACK THE A...HOLE<<<<< DARREN & CHARLIE

Had a great time here even after getting lost trying to find it after one hell of a night out and being locked out of our room! See you again in October!
