We are going in September to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary so I want to lay on a few surprises for my wife.

Hi Dave,

We had a similar problem once - are you typing in 'reservations' as your subject ? If not try that - as any other wording in the subject goes straight into their spam quarantine. Good luck - the only other suggestion is maybe ringing them - we have the number if need be.

If this is your first visit there you won't be disappointed - it is fantastic, we came back in June from our 4th time there and plan to go again in September..

I have been trying to contact the Bitzaro Grand concerning a booking we have made.

Hi Mark...can't wait to see you this August...thanks for answering questions...you know me, not very skilled with the internet

 

About the "Freeman" reservation,

 

Goodmorning to you too, I'm not the one dealing with internet reservations this year but I have checked the computer system and I can tell you for sure you reservation is valid.  If there is a payment to be done, don't worry you can do this during your stay in the hotel (anyday before your check out)

 

About the animation,

 

Thomas is still around, the rest of his team has changed...but I'm pretty sure you'll love the new ones!

We have stayed at the Grande many times over the last few years, its a superb hotel.

 

To answer your questions Mark the hotels are separated by one other hotel, its about 200 yards door to door.

In the fitness room there is a treadmill and bench/weight equipment.
