MY WIFE AND I ALONG WITH OUR VERY GOOD FRIEND KEN HAVE STAYED AT ROULAS STUDIOS FOR 3 YEARS & CANNOT FIND ANY FAULT WITH THEM AT ALL, ROULA IS THE BEST HOST YOU COULD WISH FOR , NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER, THE STUDIOS ARE SPOTLESS, THE VIEWS ARE TO DIE FOR. WE ARE GOING BACK AGAIN IN SEP 2010 FOR OUR USUAL FIX OF GREAT HOSPITALITY & SUNSHINE. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING ALL OUR FRIENDS IN ARGASSI. What can we say about these wonderful apartments?! Fantastic view! Wonderful attention from Roula and Christina - we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else and - yes - we will be back next year Roula! Same room please! Tony and I are missing you all already and sorting the flights to guarantee our holiday with you next year!

Geoff and I arrive back at Roulas on the 5th October 2006 and look forward to having a fantastic time as usual!

 Fantastic apartments! Amazing view! The only downside was the neibours getting up and shouting on the balconies at 6am every morning. We will be back as soon as we can for as long as we can!

Having been evicted from the Seashell apts as they were out of contract with Libra we went to Roulas Studios along the beach a bit.Spotless apartments and a great view. Roula was very helpful.
I would definately recommend this accomodation.

We have known Roula and her family for about 7 years and have stayed
at her apartments for the last 5 years. The apartments are very clean
in an excellent position on the beach. The shops are nearby with
a great restaurant opposite called "Stars". Food and service is
excellent and the staff very friendly.
Roula and her family are lovely people and are always there to
give help if needed.

Stayed here last year and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The first thing you see when you open your balcony door is the sea. Right at the bottom of the garden. The rooms are basic, but clean and all you need.Going back this September.

Situated at the Zakynthos Town end of Argassi, across the road from ‘Stars’ taverna. We have stayed at Roula Kotsonis Studios for many years. There are 8 double apartments, each with toilet/shower/bathroom, basic cooking facilities, fridge and balcony. A small lawn separates the rooms from the beach.
