Apollon is an average taverna restaurant in a quieter area of Laganas. It is an attractive restaurant with an appealing exterior; however the quality of the food doesn't live up to the promise.  The extensive menu includes pizzas, pasta, meat dishes and greek dishes. I had a pork gyros (spicy pork cooked with four small slices of pitta bread. The pork was tough. My partner meatballs in tomato sauce which was okay, nothing special. The whole place lacked atmosphere and the service was average; the waiters didn't go out of their way as they do in other restaurants. If you're eating in Laganas, then Hermion or Kostas are the places to eat!

We have been going to Laganas for many years & fortunately found Apollen on our first ever night on the island. The staff are very friendly & polite & the service is excellent. Now for the food. There is a vast choice on the menu & we have sampled quite a lot of the dishes over the years & enjoyed every one of them. It is a first class restaurant, offers excellent value for money & is a must to visit if you enjoy great food & wine.

Lovely meals and great service.

We had a meal at this restaurant on our last night in Laganas and the food was very nice.  There were no staff trying to drag you in here (unlike others on this street) and the waiters were very plesant.

This Restaurant is beside the Zante Park Hotel up the quieter end of Laganas.  The service and meal here that you get are both very good.  Have been going here since 2002 and always go back at some point while I am on holiday.  Last year I was on my own for 10 days after my friend had left the island and I was treated very well.  Their Vegetable Spring Rolls are excellent.  There is a varied menu to choose from.  You also get ample to eat and is certainly good value for money.  After your meal you also get a free drink as a thank you.  It is a peaceful setting to have your meal away from the hustle and bustle of  the main strip.  The Waiters are also very polite.   This restaurant is a short stroll from the main resort but well worth it.
