Sofias Pool Bar

Addoes anyone know if the mam still makes her homemade cheese pies please.we were here about 3 years ago n they were lovely.thanks xxx

Have just spent a week staying at Sofias, when we arrived I was quite worried as the place seemed a bit lively, but the rooms are excellent and very quiet due to the careful design of the site. Cleaned SIX days ot of seven (I bet not many people have seen that in Greece).

Bar also has the ugliest but sweetest Dog you have ever seen so say Hi to Lola

Going to Sofia's apartments next week. Bit apprehensive as the comments are very mixed about it. I think you just make what you want out of your holiday anyway. I know not to expect a 5* hotel, but once the place is clean I don't mind. Bit smart about not being able to eat/drink stuff from their own supermarket around the pool. You can understand them trying to make money, but no need to be mean. Any other tips/hints/dos and donts?? Good cheap place to hire a car? Thanks.

we came on a family holiday to kalamaki for two weeks n we flew bk a week ago. after we had dinner as a family me n my sister always went off to party at some of the clubs and left my parents to themselves. the point is they loved this place! the elvis act was incredibly popular even tho i did not experience the pleasure myself. me n my sister accompanied our parents there on the last nyt n to be honest it wer quite good! gota play pool and air hockey (love air hockey!) and also there wer some incredibly hot bar people working! and also some annoying kids trying to teach us to play pool! definatly recommend this bar to loadsa ppl! gutted that only went there on the last nyt but hey lifes full of regrets!

We went to Sofias bar every Monday night and Thursday night just to watch Elvis - he was amazing!! He was the reason we went there and enjoyed ourselves so much - on the last night he even gave me his silk scarf because the manager had asked him to get me on stage! Ha!

Still loved it though - they had a few other live acts on also which were quite good - BUT NOT AS GOOD AS ELVIS

I went here everynight - only to see the hunky Nick!!! Phrwwwwwwwwwww!!!  Anyone got a pic of him?

Does anyone know if Aussie Elvis still does his show. Think last year was supposed to be his last but I'm sure I read somewhere that someone saw him this season.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY,CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE STAFF.EXTREMLEY FRIENDLY AND THE GIRL BEHIND THE BAR ALWAYS HAD A SMILE NO MATTER HOW BUSY SHE WAS.

Great place to go.  The staff are fab and the entertainment was brilliant.  Recommended

This is simply the best looking bar in Kalamaki. Check this place out!!! Great cocktails, great food and very reasonable. Hope to see you again folks. Love to Nick, Rhea, and the boys.

Has good internet access, summat like 3-5 euros for 30 mins!! V nice bar staff and had funky gold fish bowls on the bar. Even has Elvis sat at the bar - doesnt say alot though!! Was nice to chill and relax. Would definatly go in there again!

 Sofia's has to be the most well set up and  proffesionally run bar in the area. The memorabillia in this bar is simply nothing you have seen before. We visited lots of bars in the area but did not find things as pleasent elsewhere. I suppose a manager can always be the black sheep, especially if he does hes work well enough. We stayed at Sofia's in September 2004 and simply had a great time. Hope that you guys which have nothing better to do than sit and post unfair comments soon find better things to waste your time. Hope to see you again. Hopefully see u in June.

a group of us hit sofias 2 yrs ago now at it was the best holiday-- we drank in sofias every nite and disagree with all coments made--if the drink was watered down we must be some light weights then because we got twisted every nite!!!! keep up the gud work nick - have recommended sofias to plenty. everything was great- we even had some trouble and nick sorted it all out.......very decent ...... :)
