Hi everyone, we are now on a countdown for going back to Scorpio Bar in June.  We are arriving last week in June for 2 weeks.  Look forward to meeting friends old and new.

Dennis - We are coming back on June 9th with our little girl Tabitha. We have really missed you lot and are looking forward to catching up again. Thanks for your cards Dennis, I have lost your address, sorry. To everyone thinking about going to the Scorpio pool bar, it is the cleanest pool, with the friendliest family of brothers running it, well worth a visit! Emma and Tony Young

Great place to start and finish your night. Met a lot of nice people there who we hope to meet next year in June as well as our mates from Nottingham Steve and Julie. Dennis + Yannis are a laugh a minute.Pool area is very good and the food served up is good .We can`t fault the place and can`t wait to go back.

The cleanest pool on the island. Every thing is well kept, we have stayed there twice but we always go in for a drink when we are over there. Hve had 7 weeks in Kalamaki this year and had a great time, my Greek is getting better thanks to the lads. Those that say they have to be part of a clique to get on with the lads have not made the effort. If people don't talk to them they leave them alone chat with them and it is a laugh a minute. If you go in there say 1 mataxa 2 mataxa 3 mataxa floor and they will know you have heard of me.

We came here every day for a cracking english breakfast and a laugh with spiros and yannis, yamass you two. excellent food and drink , also good for dvd shows ,being very relaxed in the evening.

i stayed at the apartments here so i spent a most of my time at this pool bar! the service was good, the three brothers were friendly enough guys! good for watching sport and movies if thats your thing!

Just got back from a great fortnight in Kalamaki! The Dionysis & Tonia studios
were your average greek apartments, basic but clean! The pool and bar area
(scorpion bar) seemed very nice if you're not a beach person! We usually
popped in for a nightcap and there were always a few people around.
However, we discovered that the brothers were only friendly to those that
were in the 'click'! They were also very unhelpful when trying to get a room
extension, which we never got despite being assured by the rep that we
would!

Hi to all, unfortunately I don’t agree with many comments about Dionysis and Tonia Studios Bar [scorpion bar]. They (the owners/brothers) were more interested in people’s money as proved: they left two young girls no older than 18 to wait for their pick up bus for 14 hours. When they asked for an extension on their room, they were told no - as they would not pay for cleaners to come out a second time. The girls had to stay in a different hotel and pay, or stay at the bar for their pickup.

This was our first time to Zante and the mosquitos were a nightmare at times. The windows couldn’t really be left open because of the mozzies, so we decided to hire a fan from the bar and shut all openings. It was 25 degress at night and sometimes much hotter!

Well we were rookies too but are confirmed fans now of the Scorpian bar. Quick hello to all, yes I finally worked out how to get on here! If you're looking for fantastic fun in the sun, this is the place. Dennis, Yannis and Spearos give the warmest of welcomes and provide tons of laughs and entertainment. Best holiday ever! YAMMMMAAAASSSSS!

Steve, yes what a party it would have been last night, the one on quarter final night was a bit special, god only knows what Dennis and Yiannis got up to!!!!!!!

As Steve so eloquently put, the hospitallity at this bar is second to none, as the new initiates this year we are both really looking forward to being not quite "greenhorns " next year when we (hopefully) all meet up again at the best Bar bar none on Zante. 17/06/04 - 01/07/04 Just back after our 4th year frequenting Sorpion Bar. It was great to see fellow reprobates from previos years and initiating some new recruits. As usual Spiros, Dennis & Yiannis were up to their usual mad antics and Pappy George was as mad as all of them during and after the Greece v France Quarter Final.. We look forward to having Sambucca Time with friends old and new next year (in the POOOOOL)- Trudie & Steve (Spiderman)

Just got back from Kalamaki and of course the Scorpion Bar and as usual it was the hub of our holiday. It certainly is the place to go to meet good friends, make new friends and of course enjoy the fantastic hospitality of Spiros, Denis , Yannis Pappy and of course Momma. Every year they excell themselves in not only the service they provide but the friendship they show to us punters!!!!!
No wonder so many people make it their regular holiday haunt......................can't wait to get back!!!!!!!!!!

Having just come back from Kalamaki on our 1st trip to Greece, we just have to hwat an absolutley brilliant place this is, if you cant have fun here with Dennis, Yiannis, Spiros and Pappy(George)then you must be ready for the morgue. YAMMMAAASSS is certainly the word here and those crazy Greeekkss will have you in stitches. Watched Greece beat France at Euro 2004, Pappy was in the pool before the ball was in the net, with Dennis following at the final whistle. This is the best bar bar none in Kalamaki and if you dont spend time there you will be missing out tremendously. The food is also excellent along with the pool, watch out for Dennis and Yiannis with there special cocktails!!!! Dont think there is any Sambuca left on the Island after our 2 weeks. See all our new freinds there next year

we stayed at the venus hotel across the road and went here almost every night after our meal. you can watch sport here, also loads of comedy acts such as lee evens and paul kay. the people here are very friendly we had a game of bingo good fun.

We will be in Kalamaki from the 7th Sept,so we will definately try it, seeing as I know where it is now!
