 Myself and my family have just come back from two weeks in Zante staying at Ionnis and Dannys apartments for our third time. We absolutely love it here. Our good friends Stelios at the bar and Yannis and Joanne at the pool bar and not forgetting dennis and Dana who always makes you feel welcome at their holiday complex. We will be going again in 2011 and for many years to come the weather is great and there is plenty to do.
If you book to stay at this complex you will have a very good holiday and it is very family friendly.

Just got back from 2 weeks staying at these apartments. I last stayed here around 10 years ago and wasn't too impressed back then, however they have obviously been refurbished and are now superb. My large room was overlooking the pool. There were 2 single beds and a bed settee with room for another bed if required. Good quality furnishings and curtains, TV and constant hot water. The bedding and towels were changed every Thursday and Sunday and I think the maid came in every day.
The pool is lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds for the amount of people staying in the hotel, but this was early season, don't know what it will be like later. The pool bar provides very reasonably priced breakfasts (small English 3.50 euros) and snacks. Very safe small complex away from the traffic.
Late night bar on site with entertainment, the Greek night is very good value.
I'm looking to book for next year but can't find anything in the brochures as yet  |

Just got back from a 2 week stay at this place.
On the postitive, lovely position, great pool.
However, I have lots of negatives.
Firstly, the linen is not changed often enough. The maid even dumped our towels in a dirty corner of the bathroom then did not understand why I wanted clean ones. ( I think you'll agree that a week is too long to keep your towels?)
Secondly, NEVER LEAVE INFLATABLES BY THE POOL OVERNIGHT. The person that owns the nearest supermarket pops them! Happened most nights.
On the subject of the supermarket at Ionassis & Danny's
Make sure you work out how much your bill is before paying ( if there are prices on anything). Ourselves and lots of others caught them adding up to 2 euros onto our purchases.
DO NOT buy any suncream, aftersun etc there!! any stuff left in the rooms by people leaving is topped up with water and sold in there - we tested this out with people who left before us - Oh - and odd teabags left get sold there for 10 cents each.
I don't object to anyone earning a living but I don't think we deserve to get ripped off.
An example of his prices compared to maxis up the road. A kids inflatable vest. Danny's 6 euros 80. Maxi's 3 euros. You do the maths - he's ripping everyone off.
Otherwise had a fab time in Alykanas - though quite an expensive one.
Regards to all at Buster's bar. We enjoyed all our nights out there - and finally won the bottle of Ouzo on our last night! Definitely worth going there!! |

Hi - we want to go to The White House Studios in Alykanas but can't book as although in the First Choice brochures, there seems to be a problem with contracts.
Does anyone know where I can book for Ionnis and Danny's? Is it similar to The White House does anyone know (that's really near beach and relatively quiet but also fun)?
Is I and D near to beach? Does it have A/C? Thanks! |

| ionnis and danny's is a fantastic place to go on holiday.it has everything for a good family holiday.we have been two years on the trot and have just booked for next year 2009.good weather,fantastic food,clean apartments and very hospitable greeks.hello to stellios and all at dannys. c u next year. terry julie and adam july 2008 hello to gary and anne at the pool bar love you all |

| We enjoyed our stay at Danny's apartments in July 2008.
The apartments are basic, but spotlessly clean with fresh linen weekly and we had three changes of towels in 7 days. The pool bar is a nice place to sit for breakfast or a midday snack. The pool was quite busy some days, but you are free to use Kali Pigi' s small pool next door, which was always quiet.
We had to cut short our stay at Danny's due to a family bereavement. Danny helped us to arrange flights home, and everyone was concerned for us.
Thank you for all your help, and a big hug to Leona and husband from Newcastle in the apartment next door to us. |

Appartments are simple and kept very well clean!
The pool is lovely! So easy to get to any main attractions
Defo coming back next year!

| Hello all ...am just home from my jolly hols at Dannys...
It was fab .The people there are very lovely .The apartments are nice and clean and tidy.
Miss every1 soooo much .....Am hoping to book and go back there again next year.
The beach is lovely to visit while you are there ...not far from the apartments either ..
People are very friendly and make you feel so welcome ....
My partner and I made lots of new friends while we were staying there ...
Hopefully be back again very soon ....
