Kalamaki Beach - (Beaches in Zante)

hi i went to kalamaki in aug 05 and really enjoyed it the beach was lovely we went there every day the sea was clear blue and so relaxing you had to watch out for jelly fish though cause my neice got stung by one and was petrified of the sea for the rest of the week lol the only down side was we had a 15 min walk from our apartments but it was worth it you will love it !!!!!

Levante Speedboat Trip - (Zante Excursions)

Im going to Zante in sept i just wondered with this trip if you actually get off at the shipwreck? me and my boyfriend want to go only a half day trip as i have been on the all day one before and its too long. Also how much is it??

Zakynthos Airport - (Places to Visit in Zante)

I last went to Zante in 2005 and it was dodgy then but not that bad- guys its just an airport and its only a small island and how much time of your holiday do you really spend there? a few hours. So stop moaning and enjoy the holiday! im going again in sept and cant wait not worried about the airport at all!

Dias - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

Stayed in Kalamaki 7th sept-14th sept and ate at the Dias the 1st night, really enjoyed the food at the staff were helpful. Would recommend the spaghetti bolognese.

Heavens Kitchen - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

Me and My boyfriend ate at Heavens kitchen and really enjoyed the food, starters were great and didnt have to wait too long for our main- we we too full up for a desert though! definatley recommend you eat here.

Michaelos - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

We ate here twice during our 1 week stay in kalamaki, food was excellent both times i had the beef zakynthian with pitta bread and rice and my boyfriend had a mixed platter with varietys of meats, good portions. However 1st time round we had to wait ages for our food but its really busy so just have to be patient. 2nd time we went earlier when it wasnt so busy and got our meals quicker.

Fantastic food!!

I came here in 2005 and it was such a great place and was always packed with entertainment, however since coming back in sept 2008 it seems to have changed ownership and has lost the once heaving atmosphere. Dissapointed this year although the cocktails were still good.

Came here most nights after going elswhere, karaoke till 3am which was a laugh! we met some fab friends in here and had some funny nights!

My boyfriend loved this place for the football matches and the English breakfasts! we came here for breakfast a couple of times and it was really good food. Sausage baps are a must have although once youve had one youll want another! good evening atmosphere aswell when the footie was on or to watch the saops (emmerdale) :D

September - (Best Time to Visit)

Stayed in Kalamaki 7th sept-14th sept 2008- had a fantastic time with my boyfriend and its still really hot 40 c whilst we were there! got a brilliant tan and it didnt rain once not like England! im so depressed wanna go back
