 Access not suitable for moblity impaired, big problem with hill to gain access to studios.
Clean but fridge was digusting - rusty and freezer door would not shut - could not keep anything in, except bottles.

 ANOTHER GREAT STAY AT THESE APPARTMENTS, WE HAD ROOM 6 IT WAS GREAT WITH FANTASTIC VIEWS, THE FIRST BLOCK IS FOR PEOPLE ARRIVING ON A FRI AND THE 2ND BLOCK FOR MON,WE NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM HERE,ONLY WHEN WE LEAVE THE CLEANER IS THERE AT YOUR DOOR LETTING HERSELF IN!!!!!! BEFORE YOUR READY TO GO,BUT A FEW WORDS AND SHE WILL CLEAN ANOTER ROOM FIRST!!!!HIGHLY RECCOMENDED, THIS SHOULD BE ATLEAST 7 OR 8 OUT OF 10.

 HI JUST 2 LET U KNOW THE KITCHEN HAS MOSTLY ALL U NEED 2 PREPARE BASIC FOODS, WE HAD A TOASTER/SANDWICH MAKER,KETTLE!!!!!!,ALL CUTLERY, TIN OPENER, BOTTLE OPENER, U SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM, WE FOUND THESE APPARTMENTS GREAT AND CANT BELIEVE ITS ONLY 4 OUT OF 10.HOPE U HAVE FUN AND READ THIS BEFORE U GO. |

| WE STAYED AT THE NIKOS STUDIOS FROM THE 16TH TO THE 30TH OF MAY AND HAD A WICKED TIME, THE APPARTMENTS R GREAT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS.AS CAROL SAID THE BIN MEN WERE THE ONLY NOISE WE HAD EVERY OTHER MORNING !! WE ALSO KNEW THE FAMILY AND THEY R LOVELY PEOPLE. WE WOULD RECOMMENED THESE APPARTMENTS, U WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM, THE WALK TO THE RESTURANTS AND BARS IS ABOUT 10 MINS.HOPE TO C U ALL SOON. |

We have just got back a couple of weeks ago and stayed in apartment 12, lovely views. We could not complain about the Nikos apartments at all they were very clean and they were also quiet, bedding changed regular and the towels. Not far from the main street of Argassi. We would definately go back again!! |

| We have just returned from the Nikos Appartments and we were very suprised as to how clean they were. The towels were changed freqentley and so were the appartments. The people who owned the appartments were very friendly and helpful. We were in room 12 and had a fantastic view of the sea.We will go back .If i had any complaints it would be how early the dustbin men came round in the morning, one morning it was 5am, but you will find that any where on the island they keep the town really clean. |

but cleaner not too good at time keeping!! She was supposed to come at 11 every day to clean but some days it was 9 and some 12!!! 
Lovely view of the sea, pool and church from balcony. Anna who owns the place is lovely but doesn't speak great English but enough to get by!! Remember to buy washing up liquid and a cloth if you plan to use any cutlery though!!
