Adonis Apartments(Apartments in Alykanas) |

| We returned at the beginning of June from our third holiday at Adonis. It is small, quiet and well looked after, far more like the traditional Greek accomodation, that we like, then the giants that have developed in the village in the last 6 years. It has an excellent location, with the resort, beach and Old Alikanas all an easy stroll away. The studios are basic but clean and there is always plenty of hot water and now there are kettles for hot drinks. It is with Kosmar but we have never had any real problems with them or the Bristol sunday flight which we have used for the last 7 years, touch wood. | |

The andonis appartments are a lovely place to stay if you like to be a little bit away from the main resorts. We re a family of 5 so had the 2 bed appartment and it was great.we had 2 large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom which had a bath with shower over. There are 2 balconies,1 along the front of the building and a smaller one of the 2nd bedroom. The cleaner came at least every other day and emptied the bins and bleached the floors.Beds were changed on the middle saturday. we loved it here and wouldn't hesitate to go back | ||||||||||

| We had a studio for 2-3 for the two of us. It was quite spacious, light and airy. The fridge was mercifully quiet and there was always plenty of hot water. Storage space was better than average. The studio was cleaned regularly. It is an excellent location, away from the bustle of the centre amd usually very quiet apart from the cicadas. We were disturbed some evenings by barking dogs who then started off the cockerels! The beach was barely 5 minutes away and although it is about 15 minutes to the town we found a very good taverna, Matina's, just about 5 or 6 minutes stroll along the road into the town. | ||||||||||

| Owner Yanis (who speaks advanced arm waving!)lives in a bungalow at the back and is very friendly. Basic Greek style but at the top of that classification. Everything matched and worked and was very well maintained and clean. Very basic cooking facilities so don’t bother (see Psaropoula Restaurant)! Take a travel kettle if you have one. We had tried to book the Neraida Bungalows but all full. Never been more grateful for not getting what we wanted! Adonis is quiet, apart from the noise of the cicadas (?) and the butterflies in the trees and the occational noisy motorbike. Beach 5 minute walk away with all the facilities you would want. Town 15 minutes, at a slow walk, where you can buy all those essentials. | ||||||||||
