Hermes Car Rental

Hired a Jimny for 3 days. Good standard of vehicle. However, we asked the price one night on passing (100 Euros). When we went to order one and collect it on the same day it was then 120 Euros. They said that it did not include full insurance on the first quote. I had asked for this in paricular.

They kept going on about all the vehicles being new in May. WE were there the end of June and the 'new' one we had had 23000 k on it. Think someone is telling porkies.

Would still rent of them but cant understand why they do not be more honest

Helpful people, nearly new & brand new cars, great service - even let us take the car to go to the hotel to pick up Credit Cards and Driving Licence!! Will do a deal if you are prepared to haggle a bit.

superb cars and service this is better than anything in kalamaki quality well done.

Once again we had the very best of service, car and scooter that could be offered anywhere on the Island, as well as Yiannis giving us the benefit of his local knowledge of places to visit and all the best Tavernas!!! We would definately recommend Hermes.

This was our second holiday in Zante, Yiannis remembered us though!!
Hermes has an excellent choice of vehicles, the prices are very reasonable - look out for the special offers - 3 days for the price of 2. Yiannis is very friendly, told us different places to go on the Island, that were away from the usual tourist routes. Couldn't fault them at all.
We can't wait to go back again!!

the owner did us a great deal on a Kia Sportage open top jeep for 6 days, no excess etc. Best value hire so far I`ve had on Zante!

Was our second visit to Kalamaki and they still remembered us.prices were good and vehicle was delivered to our apartment early morning.would recomend them to anyone

I am going to Kalamaki next june 2003 does anyone know roughly how much it is likely to cost me to rent a car for two weeks.

We hired a little silver jeep for 3 days and we loved it! It was well worthwile getting out and seeing the island - so pretty! They even dropped it off for us on the first morning. If you stay anywhere on Zante, hiring a jeep is a must. If you go and don't see the rest of the island it's a waste!

after treking around all the hire firms from Lagana to Kalamaki this was by far the best! gave us a good deal for 3 days hire then we ended up having it for almost 4 at the end of the hire even gave us a lift back to our appts in Lagana thanks to Sakis and all the staff really made our hols having the car to have a good look around

Well thank you Adele,Yiannis and Catherine for making our holiday an excellent one.We hired a jeep [SUZUKI JIMNI]for four days and visited almost everywhere on the island.The cost was good even better if you have a Dutch partner as battering is their currency. Poor Yiannis didnot know what had hit him. An excellent service, good quality new vehicles ours was brand new [250km on the clock] and a wonderful informative team.

i live in zakynthos and use this company all the time the two brothers yannis and sakis both speak perfect english and ins on cars carry fully comp ins not many do 10/10 to these boys

Excellent personal service for our scooter hire from both the Greek owner and the young English lady, it seems everyone we dealt with in the resort became friends, thankyou to them both. Bartering will save you money!
