Alamis Apartments - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Zoe Y          10/10

Just got back from a 2 week holiday at the Alamis Apartments and was gutted to leave. The rooms are basic as stated in brochures so for those that moan about it should do their research ! All the staff were fantastic and made you feel really welcome. Faye & Maria who work the pool bar & kitchen are great girls who will do anything for you. Anastacia & Panos are also lovely people.

The cleanliness of the room was great, bins emptied daily. . beds made and towels changed every other day. . rooms cleaned properly and linen changed 2-3 times a week.

The apartments are in a perfect location with approx a 4 minute walk to the beach and the nearest bar right next door.

The only grumble I had was that there was a huge group from Wales who took it upon themselves to take near enough every sunbed around the pool so make sure you get down early !

Restaurant recommendations: Zeus (George & Spiros are great), The Olive Garden, Nemesis, Piero's, Asian Palace
Bar recommendations : Corner Cocktail Bar (Tony makes the best), Planet Pub, Mambo

Hope to be booking up for next year soon.

Water Village - (Places to Visit in Zante)

Zoe Y          5/10

Water Village is ok if you have nothing to do but you would probably have a better day at the beach on the water sports etc. .

It was 18 Euro's for an adult day ticket and 14 for a childs, really not worth it, I spent most of the day on the lazy river.

You do seem to catch a good tan there though !

Blue Caves and Shipwreck Cruise - (Zante Excursions)

Zoe Y

I recommend visiting The Blue Caves down at St Nikolas, look out for the little yellow hut at the end of the village.

It was 5 Euros per person and worth every penny (or cent)  We were out for about an hour & half with Captain Karidis who took you right into the caves, he even managed to get a starfish out of the water and pass it around. He even let my friend drive the boat back which made her day

If you're going to take photo's inside the caves make sure to turn your flash off as you get a better picture.

Zeus - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Zoe Y  (01 August 2008)        10/10

Zeus has got to be the best restaurant in Tsilivi, George is brilliant. . . me and my mate have even got him as a friend on facebook. The rest of the gang are also great (Spiros, Petros, Becky, Lina & Lorena. . . I think thats her name). Hats off to the cooks too, the food was outstanding !

We ate here 3 times during our holiday and even the nights that we didn't George called us in as we were passing for a shot of Sloe Berry Vodka YUM

Do not miss this restaurant or you will seriously miss out

HAPPY DAYS x

Olympic Holidays - (Tour Operators in Zante)

Zoe Y          10/10

Have just spent 2 weeks in Tsilivi at the Alamis Apartments, Steph our rep was at the hotel every day and was on hand for any questions or queries.

The girl deserves a promotion. . . she was on our coach on our departure and waited till everyone had checked in before going.

It was the first time that i'd bookd through Olympic but others from my party have before and it  was a top class service, will definately be using them next year.

Well done Steph xx

July - (Best Time to Visit)

Zoe Y          10/10

I've just spent 2 weeks here and it was great but could be a bit hot for young kids, I think it reached up to 45 degrees.
