Flight was great, all the Monarch crew made us feel very welcome and helped whenever needed, transfers to and from airport were good.  However, rep was un-interested and gave us no real information, the one question I asked wasn't answered, got the feeling she just couldn't be bothered.  I'll book independently next year, the rep added no value and taxis to and from the airport are very reasonable.  We booked all our trips locally with Smile travel (Georgia), they were much cheaper and the reps who accompanied us were excellent.

Had a great trip to Zante with Cosmos. I can recommend paying the extra £12 per person for Monarch Plus but make sure you remind the staff you've paid as some staff forget to offer you the extras like head phones and free soft drinks. You get a lot of value for the extra £12.

We had nothing but problems from the minute we booked our holiday with Cosmos. Their customer service is awful and I'd describe some of their UK staff as downright rude. The reps in resort seemed nice and did their best to sort out the mess ups made by their HO.

The Monarch flight was amazing and I look forward to flying with them again. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us.We paid for the Monarch Plus and it was well worth it. The inflight food was great and free drinks went down well too.
 
Think twice before you book a holiday with Cosmos - we thought our holiday was very cheap and the level of service seemed to match it.

our rep emma was lovely although i heard a few peolpe complain about her but we found her excellent. also a mention about cory what a top bloke tells very convincing stories!! wasa right laugh when went to porto zorro and the hidden claypit.
hated the flight time coming home.we had to be out of the appartment by 10am sunday and the pick up wasnt until 3.30am on monday! we ende up having to pay 35 eors to have a appartment for the day even though we had paid for 14 nights and we had only had 13 nights.

It was our first allocation on arrival holiday and to be honest I was happy with what we got. We stayed in the Macedonia king something or other appartments in Kalamakie, they were kept clean and we spent most of our time by the pool which is kept in great condition by the staff. I suppose the only comment I have is that I found the manager Thassos to be quiet impolite at times to quite a few of the residents.
I would say that the big gold star goes to Cory the rep at the hotel, seeing as it was only his first season I think that he was doing an excellent job and that he catered to everybody's needs and also put up with alot of moaning from the manager. I also met the new rep at the hotel just before we left Daryl I think that if you stay at this hotel you are going to have a right crack with this bloke. Over all the resort was very nice and there are plenty of very nice restaurants ( try the italian restaurant above the car hire place, they do fantastic fresh pasta and pizza it is to die for, it is by the turning for the airport)

firt time we have ever gone with cosmos, even though they could use another airline as they use monarch, the planes were dirty and looked realy old, other than that all we can say is it was great.
cory is a top rep and deserves a promotion, we only had one complaint and that was that we opted for a low room and ened up walking up 78 steps to get to it.
the cosmos team were really appologetic and tried to get us on a lower floor but to no availe as the hotle was fullly booked
all i can say is we will go with this comany again even thought they do use monarch to fly with

we travelled with cosmos and had a gr8 holiday. they made it completely safe, and made our stay unforgtetable. all of the transfers 2 da airport were good and travelled on time. at the airport thye made sure that we were in the correct lines and that we were happy all the way through 2 departures. all of the reps were brill. the kids reps were gr8 with the kids and entertained them all day. cory was the best rep eva, and we loved him. wheneva u neded ur rep they were nava far away. they were there 2 sort out any problems, and we had a very imformative welcome meetin. thanx cosmos we had a gr8 time and will travel 2 zante next year with u. lots of love from beth, vik, sarah and mum x

we had a wiked tym with cosmos. they made sure that we were safe and happy with our resort. whenever u needed ur rep he was neva far away. cory (top rep) help make it a holiday not to forget. he made our stay brilliant. there was nothing that was bad about our holiday. all of our transfers with cosmos ran smoothly and they made sure that were ok at the airport. they were very customer friendly and made our holiday gr8. thanx agen cosmos and cory. lots of love beth, vik, sarah and mum xxxxxx

Thanks to Gemma - top rep - extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Very good hotel, flights in and out bang on time...but will never do a night flight again. Whatever you do don't get stuck in the airport at Zante without your own stash of food and snacks. The place is packed to the gills and it costs £8 for a roll and a packet of crisps! Would not hessitate to use Cosmos again.

We stayed with cosmos at the borsolino apartments in laganas. The transfers were fine and the rep service was extremely good - our rep was Deb and she was gr8, even when the boys chucked her in the pool! There was a good choice of excursions, although I dont think theye should run the boats trips if the sea is going to be rough cause Ihave never seen so many seas sick people in my life.

Excellent service. Hired car to pick up at airport, so didn't use the transfer. But other guests said transfer 20 minutes both ways. Planes on time - service very good. Comics for the children and newspapers for the adults.

Transfers lengthy but air conditioned coach made it bearable. Our rep was always helpful and reliable (Melissa). Excursions good but overpriced, especially Manic Monday.

We booked direct and were lucky to get 28% discount (it had been 18% in the morning - that was in October). Went at start of season and the reps obviously had not been given sales targets - they were great when needed but SO young!!!! No complaints.
