We've just come back from 2 weeks (24th Aug to 7th Sep) in the villa at Panorama and had a thoroughly lovely holiday. The villa is surrounded by beautiful plants and shrubbery and was cleaned 5 times a week, and we certainly had no rats!! After spending all day in the hot sun the fact that the villa's quiet patio was in the shade was a real plus for us. The pool was lovely and you could always get a sun bed. The pool bar and dining area was picturesque. There were several good tavernas very nearby and a lovely beach less than 10 minutes walk. Kostas was lovely and his suggestions for excursions and what to do were top class. Our daughters (9 years and 8 years) loved playing with the cats, lizards, frogs and the 2 new pigs out in the field! Sorry we didn't get to say a personal thankyou and goodbye on our last morning, Kostas.

We've just come back (Sep 7th) after a 2 week stay at Panorama and to be honest we cannot recognise the place from some of the comments! We stayed in the "villa" and thoroughly enjoyed it (laundry changed 5 times a week, clean, beautiful shrubbery surrounding it, oh...and no rats!!). Yes there is not much sun on it in the afternoon but with temperatures 30+ and being in it all day we loved the fact that you could go back to the villa patio and escape in some shade! The place is quiet and there are several good tavernas nearby and a lovely beach less than 10 minutes down the road. Kostas was great and was so helpful in suggesting days out and where to go and what to do - we took his advice and were pleased with every one of his suggestions. Our 2 daughters loved it...playing with the cats, lizards, frogs, and the new pigs. So sorry we didn't get to say a personal "goodbye" to you the morning we left, Kostas.

We have just come back from a week in Zante. We had a week booked at the Panorama but only stayed there a night due to visitors, they were rats ! We stayed in a bungalow/villa which we thought would be great. The villa was dark and the bedding was old and frayed. The towels had also seen better days.
But all night you could hear the rats running over the roof and around the villa.
We asked to be transferred to another room but they were booked up so we were sent to Kalamki and
stayed in a hotel which turned out be perfect in the end.

Visited in July 06 kostas is a great guy but to be honest the hotel had seen better days and was a bit tired.
we stayed in the Bunglow or "Villa" see the post below it sum's it up very well indeed. we transfered out after a week as we could take no more ! |

As always a fanatstic holiday and EVERYTHING perfect except we had to come home to England.. Thank you for making my mother so welcome.
The elastic is pulling and we hope to return in September.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful holiday! You looked after us all so well and we had a great time staying at your apartments! Ella is missing the cats, the pool, the pig!, the ice creams, the tavernas, your fountain! the frogs and of course we are all missing the sunshine! thank you again and we hope to come back and see you sometime!

| Just back from nightmare at Panorama Apartments, frayed and hard towels, holes in bed linen, inadequte lighting to see at night, no decent cutlery, stayed in the Bungalow, dont bother paying extra for that you cant get any sun on your patio the jungle round the place stops that. The rats playing in the roof space above you at night give you good entertainment though. Sun beds are mostly broken and uncomfotable, the jacuzze was not working and the place just felt as if the owner Costas was not interested in anyone unless you spent all your time sitting at his bar. If you do go then at night go next door to the Calyipso Bar and pool its a better site and they seem to like visitors. |

just got back after 3 weeks at the panorama. can't agree more with joe bulls' comments.
great place, great people. kostas and his family couldn't do enough to help.
ideal for all age groups if you enjoy the "greek life". no night clubs (hurray!!!)
the location of the panorama does not make it suitable for people with mobility problems but other than that it will suit everyone, young and old alike.

How can you say that?
I got back from panorama yesterday and it was the best holiday I have been on for ages!! It was very clean, safe for smaller children and a very beautiful place to be. Kostas and Sylvia were the most welcoming and polite people I have ever met, Mikalos and Tina (kostas parents) were also very welcoming and easy to get along with.
When I got home last night I realised that I had left 2 t-shirts and a pair of sandals by the pool, I phoned him up immediatley and they are being posted as soon as possible.
Panorama is the place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Not going to make much of a comment...we visited last July and hated it. Dirty, atmosphere very unwelcoming. Had a great holiday otherwise. Would not like to visit Panarama again. English not welcome i dont think. |
