We stayed there July 2005. Realy beautifull location! A 300 meters from the road  (and 50 m down) between Kaminia Beach and Porto-Zoro. A balcony at the northwest, which kept the room cool despite temperatures of 35 C. From the balcony a beautiful view (through the trees) on the coastline 40 m lower. 10 m lower an ample sized swimming pool and a bar. Run by 2 very nice English people. Next to drinks you can get simple, but tasteful meals. The complex is rather remote from everything, with access to a small beach, not very fit for sunbathing  (nice snorkling though), if the waves are not too high you may walk to Kaminia Beach in 5 minutes. A small supermarket at 25 min walk, with steep climbs. If you want to see more of the island, you must rent a scooter or car. The very helpful reception may help you get the best price. If we have to mention anything not so good it is the kitchen and the taps, which are clotthed with calcium.
