Pandesia - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

We tried the Pandesia as it was recommended at our hotel. Both food and service were disappointing. It was the night of Euro final but in view of that we ate early. I had pork with garlic and mushroom sauce, there was plenty of pork & mushrooms but no garlic or sauce. The staff were very indifferent, never ate there again but stuck with Mikaelos, Bon amici and the Dias all fantastic!

Buon Amici - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

excellent Italian food.We ate here 4 times, found the food high quality. The spagetti with asparagus, ham and peas was to die for.On an evening when we had been on a choppy boat trip and only fancied soup and pizza, we had the best pizza we have ever had.We found the staff brilliant, always happy, and their relaxed dress added to the atmosphere.

Great authentic Greek food, the best we have had on many trips to Greece.Waiters were very attentive and great fun. Lamb Kleftico was fantastic according to my husband & 2 of my daughters.I enjoyed the Lamb Kapama And also the Red Fish Mornay. The Rose house wine was delicious. We did not pay any more than 65 Euros for a meal for 5 including drinks, what a bargain!

Blue Caves and Shipwreck Cruise - (Zante Excursions)

Sheena R

Always check the weather forecast before you go.It looked ok when we left Zante town but within half an hour my 3 daughters and myself were sick.We were absolutely green by the time we reached the Shipwreck beach! After that the weather was calmer and we had a lovely swim into a cave off Marathonisi Island. It's a great way to see the whole of Zante, weather permitting.

Day trip to Kefalonia - (Zante Excursions)

Great island to visit, very beautiful. We went with Pelargos tours & booked in the Kalamaki office. Dennis was not the best tour guide and read his commentary from prepared notes. Both cave stops were brilliant & we have some lovely photos. We really enjoyed the ferry which was very comfortable. The coach however was sadly lacking when it came to air conditioning- it seemed to be hardly working on a very hot day.It was a whistle stop tour but definately recommended.Myrtos beach is to die for!
