7/10hi me and my wife are going staying in laganas at the pallas apartments we go on may 3rd till 10th
we are going with direct holidays so anyone who will be there then come and say hi and maybe we could have a good laugh

JUST COME BACK FROM LAGANAS AND WE GOT ARASSED BY BOTH OF THE OWNERS
EVERY DAY AND NIGHT WE GOT THEM ASKING US THEN , WE WENT IN FOR A BREAKY ONE DAY AND IT AINT GOOD IT IS REALLY RUBBISH AND A RIP OFF JUST TOTAL TOSSERS AND WOULDNT
GIVE THEM A PENNY IF I WENT AGAIN TO ZANTE .
THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE WORD "NO"

9/10MY WIFE AND I HAVE JUST COME BACK FROM ZANTE WITH DIRECT HOLIDAYS AND IT WAS REALLY NICE AND I COULDNT PICK ON ANY FAULTS THEN REPS ARE VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY SAF (PALLAS HOTEL REP) SHE IS A REAL HELP AND THE FAMILY WHO RUN THE HOTEL ARE FANASTIC AND I WOULD BOOK DIRECT HOLIDAYS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
APART FROM THE DEPARTURE TO COME HOME WAS A LTTLE DELAY CAUSE OF A TECH FAULT IN MANCHESTER ON WAY OUT
HOPE U ALL HAVE A GOOD HOLIDAY IF U GOING

1/10we came back on 10 may from zante and we had a 3 hour delay, the security didnt care less and when we checked in was charged £26.00 excess baggage for our hold and nothing much was taken back from going .
so if ur going watch out they dont charge excess baggage as it is 9 euros per kg over , and maybe sure they weigh them seperately not together.
