hi to everyone
the new season has arrived are you all ready for summer 2006
thanks for all the messages you have written to us we have read them through out the winter, some with great amusment. we are in the process of building a website but as yet it is not up and running.
we do how ever have an e-mail address now so if you have any thing to ask or special request let us know and we will see what we can do.
we have been painting and cleaning getting every thing ready for the summer, it won't be long. those of you who have not been to costas before, don't worry you will have a great time, and will want to come back time and again.
for all our regulars, dennis broke his leg this winter playing football, it's better now but has given him a good excuse to sit down more although his riding has improved (thats horse riding). takis is still as sweet as ever and looking forward to the summer as always and adrianna and costas are just the same, she is always smiling and his always watching. maria the grandmother is still the same and has taught our parrot charlie some new words this summer. but br warned his thank you does sound more like .......well lets just say its rude. we have lorenzo back behind the bar, and the lovely janice is back fit and raring to go. stephanie will be about on greek night and part time to help out, and george has not made up his mind yet. dina is back in the kitchen with the mum.tassos has finished the army and is about but won't be working with us this year

Please don't panic DOWN UNDER is forsale but only the ownership. The managment will remand un changed, for the following season and down under will remain open for many years to come, so please do not unindate us with e-mails regarding this sale. We appriciate how many people will miss the staff but that is always changing but the No1 bar will always stay the same.
Look forward to seeing you all next year
