If anyone ones to go to Zante on holiday, we cannot recommend the Oniro Studios enough. The whole family (Christos, Ella, Nickos, Costas & Natasha) are some of the most friendliest people you will ever hope to meet, the studios are clean and smart, the supermarket has an excellent variety and the bar is great (just don't have a Costas special if you want to remain upright 
).
Situated in Tragaki, the apartments are ideally placed for those who like it slightly more quiet (its about 5 mins in a taxi from Tsilivi). There are a few restuarants at Ampoula Beach (especially the Ampoula beach restuarant itself, which has a wide range of very excellent, and cheap, food), and a few local shops.
This was our second holiday in Zante (we stopped at the Plagos Beach last year and we got married at the Balcony in Tsilivi) so this was a return for our anniversary. Our fifth time in Greece in total, and we cannot find any fault with it at all (apart from the stupid airport).
So, anyone wanting to visit Zante we would strongly suggest the Oniro - for value for money and excellent quality with the nicest people in the world, you cannot beat it...
