Am going to Laganas at end of October. Will lots of places still be open. Staying at Borsalino Apts. Has anyone else stayed there. Where do you recommend to eat?

Me and my partner are staying at Borsalino Apts at end of October. Is it ok and what is the weather like for anyone that's been this time of year. Where are the most reasonable places to eat and drink? Would be grateful of the info. Is it near the beach
