First visited This bar in May 2001 when we christened the new pool and spent most of the holiday being entertained by Tassos, Kostas, Jane & maryanthos, Kostas 2 and Yannis. Had a fabulous time and made lots of friends, couldn't wait to go back again. We went again on the 30th September with friends we met there, and were thrilled when everyone remembered us and the cocktails and pints were poured before we knew it. This time we stayed in the Studios facing the pool and had no trouble sleeping - Nothing to do with being the last ones out of the bar! Beware Tassos - WE WILL BE BACK! Visited this restaurant with friends in October 2001, the food was fantastic. We all had different - Kleftico, chicken fillets with sauce and without, fish etc. Not a thing left on any of our plates, Service was a bit on the slow side, but we were talking and drinking so didn't notice that much. But the food was well worth waiting for. We will be back when we come back to Tsilivi again.

Found the beach was very narrow and a bit stoney, but the sea was safe for children and shallow for quite a way out. But if you turn left at the sea food restaurant at the very end of Tsilivi beach you come to a lovely cove called Donkey beach which was lovely, quiet and nicer sand. But don't try the Restaurant snack bar up the steps - the food wasn't very nice and the toilets were like going into a dungeon, loads of steps downwards. We were told later that there is a better snack bar further on past there though.
