I am the owner of the hotel and in response to the previous comment i would like to say that i made my best efforts to please this guest, i changed his room 3 times and when he asked for a quiet room i gave to him a room where he would have no noise.After this he made no complaint and told us he was happy with this room and he bought presents for the receptionist so we were to assume he was satisfied. I am offended by his comments as i feel i did everything in my power to please him.
