We went to these apartments at the end of Sept for 2 weeks, colin was very helpful to our party of 4, dimitri loves it when your spending money, we stayed in the room right next to the pool, we had the best room in the block i think. there was a lot of noise from the bar, but that was usually because I was singing so loud.  negative side was being close to the salt flats encouraged mosi's my boyfriend got bit 20 times in one night and they became infected, i never get bitten in greece and they had a good nibble at me also.  good location, i would not go back not because of the appollo just because i prefer other islands.

I have got to tell you about this place, in the day you are on your sun lounger by the sea, at lunch time you have coronation chicken panni with a latte, to die for.  At night go there it turns into the Palm Tree 2, you book a table in the daytime, you sit by the sea with candles on the table.  we have a restaurant near us at home called the fountain its the type of place you go for special occasions the food is excellant, WELL, we felt like we were at the fountain every night at the Palm Tree 2, the minted lamb chops with yoghurt sauce was amazing, lovely vegs, cauliflour cheese.  Honest you have to go here, once youve been you wont go anywhere else. Lyndsey and John run it, and they are such good hosts,  we went in Sept 2005, I was not keen on Zante, but I would go back just for the food here, and so cheap. Try it.
