just got back from Zante & this is a really good day out.. Simon was our driver, great guy but he's a Luton Town fan,  never mind..Locations are interesting & Beautiful. He knows his stuff about the Island & has even met Brians Mum (The Life Of Brian)...Would really recommend this day out......

Parts of the beach are good, mainly to the left of the concrete jetty....However beware of under water objects such as lumps of concrete to the right of the jetty...Quite a few fag butts lying around. The local council should clear the beach at the end of each day & keep it tidier....The water is warm & slow shelving so great for kids... 

Just got back from Alykes with my wife & 6 yr old Daughter.. We stayed at the Maria Apartments & had a fantastic time. The locals are friendly.....Take plenty of cash as the 1 & only cashpoint isn't reliable...Plenty of shops & Restaurants to try..Try the train ride, cracking good fun.......Alykes is a freindly family resort , the only negative is the Salt flats which are smelly & an eyesore,..but otherwise it is typical greece....
