F.A.O John,clare and family, Firstly i would like to take this chance to thankyou for your comments,
I can only apologise. I was unaware of the situation at the time and i
was horrified to read your comment later that night on our restaurant
comment card.
I have spoken to
my staff and informed them the whole scenario was unacceptable, i
should of been made aware of the event at the time.
As a manager, i take pride in what is served at Zepos and i
would like to think that i would only ever serve what i or my
family would consume.
I have a two
year old daughter, and i would be mortified if i had expierienced the
very same thing.
I am very sorry your visit to zepos was a
bad one, because bad memories stick fast and i cannot erase this, but
please accept my scincerest apologies.
