Homie M

excellent for scuba diving, but be sure to take some air down with you. by the way don't p**s under water or you will kill the fish.

Emma

i love the sea!! scuba diving was the best part of my hols cant wait to come back!!!!!!

Nick H

We did a try diver's course on Wednesday, 16th July 2003. Thomas Cook took the booking, but forgot to tell Euro Divers, so we caught them on the hop a bit! They did their best to accomodate us though, and the more experienced divers on the boat were very patient whilst we were trained on the beach. I had problems breathing. For those eho've never tried it, it's an exercise in self control - they tell you "if you can't relax, then you can't scuba" and I found this out on the beach!

It helped me at the dive site to snorkel and just before my dive, to hold my face under the water for a few minutes whilst I got used to the breathing. My instructor, Dave, was very understanding of my nerves and let me dictate the depth and direction of the dive.

The view below Kimi caves is amazing. The only regret is that due to my nerves, I don't think I took it all in properly. We cut open some sea plant and watched the fish feed. It was like being in a marine aquarium - some of the fish, I actually recognised! Whilst other divers did their dives, I watched a Moray Eel with a snorkel.

I'm looking forward to seeing the DVD that my mate ordered.

An excellent day! Thanks to Dave for the dive, thanks to everyone else for accomodating our unexpected arrival! I'm perhaps not ready to swim into that underwater cave yet, but I'll definately do it again if I get another chance!

Im addicted !!! I went on the try dive just to see if i would like diving and ended up paying for and doing a follow up dive on the same day it was that good. On the first dive my instructor was Ian who i must say was explained everything clearly and the experience itself was incredible. On my follow up dive again i was to be accompanied by Ian however the other try diver (first dive not a follow up) was very nervous and had to be gently coaxed into it, so Jeff who i must add is a very funny man kindly took me on the dive so Ian could consentrate on helping the other diver overcome his nerves (which he succeeded in doing). Jeff even took me down to see part of the advanced diving course taking place quite deep down and i must say i felt perfectly safe at all times and will recommend to any one to try dive with these lads as they very good and professional in every thing they do. I wanted to do my PADI open water course but never had the time, thinking of going back there later in the year and will definatley do it then. Thanks to all the staff at euro divers it was the highlight of my holiday and ive got all the pictures on cd to remember it and for 12euros its well worth it.

We had a fantastic time, saw lots of fish (including some big grouper & tuna) and the biggest octopus I've seen. Also snokelled with a turtle.
The staff are really friendly as well as knowledgable.

Just a note to say thanks a lot to the lads in EuroDivers. We just completed our PADI advanced cert. there and it was fantastic. The dive sites and the instructors were brilliant. I couldn't recommend them more.

Hey guys! Just a quick message to say thanks to EuroDivers and especially Mike for the beach try dive you organised for my girlfriend's birthday.

Even though the weather was bad, and we couldn't go out on the boat, you managed to give us a "birthday discount" and an amazing beach dive we will never forget. Hope to see you this year! Tom & Sally

Ina & Jeroen

Warning!!!!! If you dived with Eurodivers once, you keep coming back! It is safe, great fun and the diving spots are really special. And with Vajio, Jeff, Mikey, Dave, Ian and the rest back this year... We cannot wait to come again.

Eurodivers is a PADI & NAUI scuba diving school & dive centre on the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos (Zante). We have a team of professional divers here seven days a week to offer both courses and try dives for beginners, and day trips for certified divers in a safe and friendly atmosphere, in English, Swedish and Greek.

We teach PADI certification courses from PADI Open Water Diver up to PADI Divemaster. Especially for beginners, we offer 'Try Dive' courses, upon successful completion of which you will be able to go out diving in an open water environment with an instructor. Should you wish to have a memento of your diving experience, we can arrange underwater photos to be taken.

We at Eurodivers pride ourselves on providing a professional service to qualified and non-qualified divers. We offer boat diving from our purpose-built dive boat (new for 2003) on some very beautiful and unique sites - you will not find diving like Zakynthos anywhere in the world! The sites cater for divers of all levels, including caves and caverns.

My self and my girlfriend are coming over to Zante in July, neither of us have any experience of Diving. Can you help and if yes how much for a course of lessons?

Nick D

After trying many schools over the years on Zante I found this one to be the best. After bad experiences with St Nicks school (their boat was out of action this year anyway)I got some quality diving in. Some nice caves and swim throughs. If you get a chance dive the bat cave, no bats but different. Friendly staff. I'll be back!

I have my PADI Open Water Cert and I will be in Zante from Sunday 25th and would like to dive with a PADI dive centre. Could you email me your dive prices and details of what dives you will be doing next week.

Tim A

Hi my partner and I are coming over to Zante in a few weeks, we both have done one dive and have our PADI open water certification, in other words not hardcore. We would love to know from anyone what the best diving co on the islandis to go to for relaxing dives. Email me a timanderson@tinyworld.co.uk

About diving on Zante- do you get to see anything decent? And the cost. Ta

Ben

The only PADI centre on the Island is 'Divers Paradise' which is at the Hotel 'Zante Beach' on Laganas beach. They have at least one good instructor who speaks both German and English fluently. The hotel also provides a 5m depth pool for tuition. If you do learn here your qualification will be recognised world wide and you will be taught by proffessionals with recognised qualifications. Centre also does boat trips daily to local dive sites.

The only school we found who would take kids as young as 10. A talk, followed by shallow water exercises then a boat ride around towards Keri to one of their try dive sites. The instructor was brilliant with my nervous 11 year old. About 25 mins dive with one instructor per 1 or 2. Nice site with lots of fish and very clear water. Time to swim while others were diving. Overall excellent for adults and children.

Linda B

First time diver, tuition excellent, all staff very professional, very friendly and very patient, (and girls, the boys are gorgeous!) That's coming from a 41yr old grandmother. The water is very clear, but there is not much to see, although it is a very enjoyable experience.
