Found the Neraida on our first afternoon in Alykanas. We were made welcome by all of the staff plus all of the regular expats, who even sang happy birthday to my wife. As it was very early season it was great to find a taverna that was open and is in fact open all year round. The great food, great hospitality, live Greek music and superb view over the harbour with the setting sun made it our favourite taverna in the village. We found the peace and quiet compared to the strip just what we were looking for. Cheers to all the Ex Pats and here's looking forward to seeing you all again next year, maybe for keeps.
