Letsos Hotel - (Accommodation in Alykanas)

Louise M

We have recently come back from staying at the Letsos and before we went I was rather worried about what the hotel would be like. Well it wasn't luxury but you don't expect that in Greece. We did have a fridge from hell that kept us awake one night but overall we were happy. You had to pay extra for air conditioning but it wasn't very expensive so its worth it just to get a nights sleep. The pool was nice and clean and they were enough sun beds though I would recommend getting up early to bag one. The hotel was close to all the restaurants and bars though it wasn't noisy so don't worry about being kept awake at night. Also the beach was only about 8 min walk away.
So if you are going to the Letsos sometime soon, it is basic but don't let that put you off. If you are expecting more, then you really should be paying more for your holiday

Dionisos - (Restaurants in Alykanas)

Ate there one our 1st night and really should have gone back again as the food was excellant. Service was very quick and the prices were very reasonable. There are so many other restaurants that we decided too try a different one every night but i must say this one was one of the best.

Had an excellant meal at this restaurant. Very traditional greek food. Was prepared quickly. Prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this one.

Blue Caves and Shipwreck Cruise - (Zante Excursions)

Louise M

This was a nice day out for those people that enjoy spending all day and I do mean all day on a boat. I don't mind boats but the day we went it was rather choppy and alot of people were being sick. Sadly we didn't get to see any turtles and be warned the shipwreck is only a rusty ship from about 10 or 20 years ago, nothing special to be honest.
Overall I would have prefred this trip to be a little shorter as about 6 or 7 hours on a boat was too much for me
