We stayed at the Litsa rooms last year and would definitely go back. The rooms are very clean and the owners are very friendly. The pool is great - very clean and safe for kids. It was hardly ever very busy, mostly only the people staying in the apartments used the pool and loungers although the pool is open to all. It is quite a walk to get to the beach, but we didn't always go down, sometimes having a day by the pool instead. There is a small bar serving drinks and snacks, but this was only really used by the people staying there too.

The Mill Bar is the place to go in Alykanas. Please don't be put off by the walk up the drive from the beach. It is well worth it and you will be made to feel so welcome by Julie and Spiros. The Greek night and Lamb Spit roast are 2 definite musts.......easily the best in the resort. You will need to book as they always have to turn people away. They also have a fun quiz night and numerous other events each week. This is the place to go to escape the midday sun and get a delicious lunch and a cold beer, and also where to go and chill out in the evening. You will not be disappointed!
