Although the studios were located in the centre of Tsilivi, there was no view.
The bed sheets were not changed once during the week that we stayed here. That's fair enough at home, but when you are on holiday you are sweaty, covered in sand and sun cream and I don't think this is acceptable.
The towels were not changed either. On previous holidays we were always told to put towels in the shower tray when we had finished with them. That's what we did, but rather than change them they just hung them over the balcony to dry!!!
We spoke to the Golden Sun rep who said that they expect us to bring our own towels. Fair enough, but that doesn't explain the bed sheets. Do they expect you to bring them too?
However, the couple next door had their towels and bed sheets replaced 6 times during a two week stay but were not provided with any additional toilet paper. We had an extra roll every 2 days. I think this place is a bit 'hit and miss'. You get what you're given!
Also, the owner and cleaners don't speak a single word of english - they don't even understand 'hello'! So you've got no chance of getting clean towels or bedding off them - and don't expect a Golden Sun rep to sort it as they couldn't give a monkey's! |
