MY FAMILY HAS STAYED HERE SINCE 1999 AND BECOME VERY GOOD FREINDS OF DIMITRIS AND MARIA. EVEN EXCHANGING XMAS CARDS. I ALWAYS BOOK WITH THEM PRIVATE AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS DOING THIS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND I ONLY WISH THEY WERE NOT SURROUNDED BY ALL THE 20S AND 18-30S. NOW JIMMYS HAVE GONE 18-30S AS WELL I ONLY HOPE DIMITRIS AND MARIAS LOVELY LITTLE BUISENESS WILL SURVIVE. I WISH THEM ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD, THEY WILL NEED IT PEAK SEASON!

Recently stayed here for 1 week with my boyfriend.  It was ok, but not planning on returning.  The apartment was in a good location as it was close to the beach and approximately 5min walk from the main strip of bars.  This is good because you can have a wild night or a quiet night, depending on how you are feeling.  The only real bad thing about the location was that there is an 18-30's hotel directly opposite.  So if you are staying here don't expect to get any sleep between 4:30 - 7:30 am.  Although, you will be fine if your plan on joining them or if you are a deep sleeper.

Oh, before I forget, look forward to the experience of Zante airport!!!!!!!

had a great 2 weeks stay here, appertment was basic as are most in greece. it was cleaned every day and thats more than alot of places i have stayed (lucky if its done every other day) the owners did not speak alot of english but did try where verry polite and friendly. sometimes we did miss the hot water but then thats what you get when its solar powerd and come in late when everyones run it off. was a great location to the beach and main strip but can hear a little noise when its busy over the road at the 18 to 30 appartments

Felt it right to update from the last comment I left before going away this year! We have just got back from our holiday and although we had a fantastic time on the island the Delfini I and II accommodation has gone really down hill since last year! When we arrived the door was broke we tried to explain this to Demitri and his wife but they never understood so it never got fixed! A couple of days later the door got jammed and we couldn't get out! Luckily the door eventually opened and Demitri put a new lock on it! We tried to explain that the problem wasn't with the lock it was something to do with the door but he never understood and charged us 15 euros for the new lock! A week later the door jammed again and Demitri had to go and get another greek man to get some ladders and climb over our balcony into our room! This time we were stuck in our room for a couple of hours while the greek guy tried to remove the door from its hinges! We were so fed up by the time the door was removed we just left them to it and went to the beach, when we got back guess what had been done to the door? Yes, a new lock had been put on it!! The door was also made out of quite see through glass so people walking past could clearly see into our room and if they never got a good luck that way they could always look through the gap where there was a piece of glass missing! (not very private!!) One day we got back from the beach and I sat down on the bed, which collapsed!! Im only a size 10 so it cant have been down to my weight! Demitri did fix it quite quickly (with some glue!!!) but it just showed how run down the place is getting! The cleaner was the same as last year and she has gotten a lot worse! We were there for three weeks and our bedding was only changed twice! The bedding was dirty and full of holes when it was put on so we had to put towels that we had brought with us, over it! The towels that we were given were filthy so we couldn't use them and they weren't changed once in the whole 3 weeks we were there! The bathroom was never cleaned, unless you count mopping the floor with water (no cleaning product) opening the window and emptying the bin as cleaning! Things also went missing from our room, strange things like my inhaler, a brand new beach towel that we hadn't even used, a pair of shorts and even stranger bars of chocolate!!!!  Demitri is a lovely man but these apartments are in need of a good renovation and he definitely needs a new cleaner! One thing that is excellent about this accommodation is location.  It is close to everything, the beach is seconds away! We cant say that we hated these apartments because Zante is such a beautiful and great place to go on holiday that its impossible to hate anything on it but when we go back to Laganas next year we will definitely be staying in different accommodation!

Stayed in Delfini I and II last year in July and are just about to fly out next week to stay in them again.  The apartments are basic but they have everything that you need.  They are in an excellent position, with the beach just seconds down the road and close to bars and restaurants but far enough away so that you can have a good, quiet nights sleep.  The only problem that we did have was with the maid, she didn't do the best job but we were having such a good holiday anyway this didn't really matter.  Such a good holiday in fact that this year will be our 3rd year in a row holidaying in Laganas and 2nd in Delfini, we loved it so much that were staying for 3 weeks this year!! Can't wait!!!
