| Info for Pete Cant regarding Rainbow Apartments, Kalamaki, Zakynthos. We went there in July 2002, nice apartments, basic, no swimming pool, although you could use next door's facilities. Extremely warm apartments. No lift, tiring going up stairs. Private balconys at back. Pleasant people, good rep. We usually stay at Antonis where we are going this September 2003. Rainbow apartments are just down the road from the taxi rank, about 10 mins walk, but can be tiring in the heat. In July 2003 it reached 120df in the day. You need to hire a fan, available from the reception. | |

| DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ON THE RAINBOW APARTMENTS. WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO A STAY AT STELIANNA BUT MANOS HAS CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AND I DON'T FANCY THE ALTERNATIVE OF CARETTA BEACH.RAINBOW LOOKS GOOD BUT DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY COMMENTS. YOUR HELP APRECIATED | |

| We have stayed here a few times used to stay at Roula but flight times changed now we are happy to be going to Stelianna.There is a nice shop right infront of Stelianna called STELLAS this was new in 2002, this was a bonus as the man that runs MERLIS SUPERMARKET is always on the phone overcharges and is VERY RUDE so we either buy in STELLAS or go anywhere but MERLIS SUPERMARKET , MERLIS the Pizza place is very nice not run by the same person !!! | ||||||||||

| I have just come back from Kalamaki and stayed at these apartments. I thought they were superb! They're ideally located, being central to everything (but not suffering from noise at all)The shops, supermarkets and bars are only 1 minutes walk away and the beach only a pleasant 5 minute stroll. You have use of the Antonis Pool which is right next door. It is only a little block of 6 rooms. I stayed in apartment 2 which was on the ground floor and had a nice little patio area with great views of the mountains opposite! Usual Greek facilities - two single beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table and mirror, kitchen has small fridge/freezer, two ring cooker and kettle and the bathroom is a decent size. The owners are very friendly and I stayed there for a week and the bedding etc was changed twice. These apartments are run by Manos whose reps were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them. I will stay there again when I go back to Kalamaki later in the year! | ||||||||||

| STAYED IN THESE APARTMENTS SEVERAL TIMES ALWAYS VERY CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING U NEED. THE OWNERS ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. IDEAL LOCATION FOR FAMILIES AS ITS OFF THE MAIN ROAD AND RIGHT NEAR ANTONIS POOL. | ||||||||||

| I am going to Kalamaki in September, but before I go I would like to purchase a travellers guide first. Does anyone know where abouts I can get one from. My mother-in-law purchased one a few years ago now, called The Definitive Guide to the Island of Zante, but cannot remember where she got it from. Any ides will be much appreciated | |
