| hi there, were staying at argiros in aug for 2 weeks, although ive been several times before ive never stayed here before, and was wondering do they have air con and if so whats the charge any info welcome cheers dee | |

   Highly recommended. The facilities are very basic, so if you are looking for a real self-catering holiday then it may not be for you, but as we eat out every evening and almost every morning it did not bother us. We had the two room apartment and the view from the door was breathtaking. It was extremely large and had plenty of room for the four of us and when another 6 family members joined us.(see pics) The only thing that spoilt it was a boiler fault. a continuous noise that started at 5am and meant we were up with the sunrise (not an altogether bad thing!). The owner did all he could for us, and when it became too much he switched off the water overnight (with all residents agreement). Unfortunatly our last day was also St Dennis' Day and so he could not get a plumber in. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk through the salt flats and your in the main resort/at the beach. This means that it's far enough away from all the noise. The triple glazed doors+mosquito doors+slated door also meant that, when closed, even the karaoke from the Panorama was silenced (this finished at 12) Dennis and his family at the Panorama also did everything to make the stay enjoyable. There is no issue with using the pool whenever and there are normally plenty of sun loungers at all times. Word of warning though - put your shoes on - the poolside floor gets very hot. Cleanlines was adequate. We tended to rise late and our bins were not being emptied. After a chat with the owner, he asked us to either leave them out or let him know when we left. | ||||||||||

| Really good appartments with very friendly and helpful owner. Short
walk from the beach and town centre. Quiet location but there is a bar
and pool in the apartments next door if you want them. Lift to all
floors. Well recommended | ||||||||||

| went to argiros in 2003 and it was brilliant owner very friendly and people next door in panorama couldnt do enough they allow you to use pool as argiros has no pool wouldnt hessitate to go back in future. | ||||||||||

| We stopped her in July 2004 the apartments weren't brill but if your just looking for somewhere to sleep and scrub up its ideal. The owner Arthur is absolutely lovely and so helpful, he brought us fresh vegetables from his allotment everyday. We would defiantle go back to these apartments again. | ||||||||||

| Stayed in Argiros Aprtments last July - very clean and spacious. Pine furniture and lovely balcony with views of the salt flats and the sea. Owners live on top floor and are very friendly. Take plenty of mosquito spray and plug-ins for the evenings. It was so good we're going back in August 2004. | ||||||||||

| Couldn't fault really. It was fairly basic but if you view your self catering accomodation as simply somewhere to rest your head at night then it's no problem. The apartment was a slow 10 minute walk from the town centre and beach but far enough away to be quiet at night. | ||||||||||

| This was the first of many trips, hopefully, to Alykes and we were completely satisfied with the Argiros studio where we stayed. It was roomy, very clean and, for Greece, the kitchen was extremely well equipped! loved it and would return tomorrow! | ||||||||||
