They do now supply a kettle and cups, plates etc and the ladies came in two or three times in the week to tidy around and empty the bins

We stayed in the Antonio Apartments and they were clean and tidy and had all we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Only a few minutes walk from the shops and finding the beach each day was an enjoyable adventure because we took a different road every time.
Very good for us as a couple.

| My husband, myself and two children stayed here in July 2003, and on arrival we were disappointed to find there was no pool. Beach, which was a 5-10 minute walk away was beautiful, clean, clear water. Apartments were very basic, and the only thing I could say they should have is a kettle and toaster. We had booked two rooms, and upon arriving in ours, found the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, and there was a dirty towel hanging. Disgusting. Don't think it was that the maid hadn't cleaned the room, more that the keys are left in the apartment doors, and people who are waiting a while for their coach to the take them to the airport, use them. Bats were nesting in the tiles above our balcony door, and frequently flew into the bedroom. This didn't really bother me, but the mess they left every morning, on the balcony floors, table and chairs did. Not hygenic. The Manos rep, was no help whatsoever. Her reply to the dirty toilet paper was,"That hasn't happened before" and to the bat problem,"That's unusual to see them on this part of the island". Great help, NOT | ||||||||||

| The apartments where in a nice location about five minutes from the local bars. The sheets are changed once a week and the rooms are cleaned to a very basic standard 3 times a week. I had a good holiday but we didn.t see the Manos rep all two weeks. Email me with any questions you may have | ||||||||||

| Clean, basic accommodation next to the nougat factory - brilliant smells in the morning! Building work to huge hotel complex behind apartments minimal, in morning only. Road is busy and mostly unlit - but most of them are the same! The bats were brilliant to watch at dusk and they didn't fly into the balconies - they nest under the tiles on the roof. Hot water available every afternoon/early evening so shower then rather than in the morning. | ||||||||||

| If you like building sites then this is the one for you !!! The Antonio is situated just outside Alykanas (which is great!) along a busy unlit road with no path, between two building sites. When we arrived the building sites were in full flow and only finished at dusk, at which time the bats that lived on our balcony decided to wake. Speaking to the other 'inmates' they said the building work had been going on for weeks. With cement lorries and JCB's driving directly under our balcony from 7am, it made the fact that the apartments were without hot running water pale into insignificance ! With building noise, soiled sheets and a balcony that the bats used as a toilet we are now in legal proceedings with MANOS (avoid like the plague - reps are useless !!!) After two days and one night we packed our bags and hitched to the Valais Hotel on the Alykanas beach. Alykes and Alykanas are fantastic places, the Valais Hotel was brilliant, the staff couldn't do enough. Highly recommend Alykanas, AVOID the Antonio !!!! | ||||||||||

| I've stayed in this accomodation twice. It's right on the edge of Alykanas, so very quiet. It's about a 10 min walk into the centre of the village, just be careful at night, the road isn't lit! The rooms are very clean with basic kitchen facilities, I'd definitely reccommend them! | ||||||||||
