The Bar has been situated in this village for 14 years and has seen many people pass through its doors. It has been refurbished this year, so it is fresh, trendy yet traditional!!
The building measures 250 SQM and consists of the main bar with dance floor, outside seating area, kitchen area with storage, 2 store rooms plus one small store at the back, two separate toilets newly refurbished with traditional urinal in the mens with 1 cubicle and two cubicles in the ladies.
The bar itself measures 12m and stretches from one side of the room to the other, there are bar stools to sit at the bar and also it has a black neon light fixed underneath to give a warm, relaxing feel to really set the mood.
There is a large raised area with leather sofas and stools with wooden tables, with lighting in the floor to give a nice relaxed feeling.
The flooring is wooden throughout the inside of the bar and outside is black and white tiles, to give a traditional yet trendy feel.
Outside the bar consists of 11 tables, seating up to 40 people, there is a giant projector TV, so people can sit and relax outside and watch Sky Sports, and listen to the music that is playing from the outside speakers. There is also a large blacked out tent to roll down in the day time if there is football on, so that you can see the projector in the daylight!!
Inside, there is seating for up to around 70 people and then there is standing room for another 100.
There is a large projector T. V, situated above the stage with satellite system plus video and DVD system. Also two large TV’s are situated around the bar.
There is a large dance floor with a stage for the more extreme dancers!! Next to the stage is the D.J’S box, which has all the storage space you need for all your cd’s and vinals etc…
The lighting system is operated from the D. J box, and is all linked up to one machine, which can change the lights with different programs, if you wish to make a new program you can do this with the machine that is fitted.

There is also a smoke machine, which is operated from the D. J box by pressing a button on the wall.
Above the bar are some hanging lamps, which can be swung. They are operated behind the bar and can be dimmed.

The Bar is fitted with 2 Carrier Air conditioning units of 150’000 BTU, and also has the facilities to remove the smoke filled air and replace with clean air. This is operated by a switch behind the bar.
There is also a new air conditioning unit along the entrance of the bar, this is operated by remote control.
The bar is fully sound proof, and has two sets of doors on the front, the first set are wooden with glass in the middle, and the second set are the sound proof doors, which are glass set in aluminum, once they are closed, you cannot hear any music outside from the road.
Attached to the bar is a small kitchen area behind curtains, which consists of shelving, 4 cupboards for storage, a sink, a dishwasher and a freezer.
There are two storage rooms, where all the drinks and other things can be kept, access is at the rear of the bar, and is entered through a locked door.
The bar is a seasonal run business which starts at the beginning of may and closes the middle of October.
It is a very profitable business and if run correctly can make a lot of money in the time it is open.
It is one of two nightclubs in Tsilivi so the competition is low, it has a legal license to stay open until 3.30am in the weekdays and till 6.00am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The type of customers that tend to come to the bar are families, young couples and singles that want to have a good time in a relaxing area that is not too lively, just nice.
Many of the customers are regulars that have been coming to the island for many years.
Zante seems to be a very popular holiday destination now and must be in the top 10, which is very good for businesses all over the Island.
The price for the business is 350’000 Euro (238’000 pounds) and there is also a fee of 25’000 euro (17’000 pounds) per year which is the rent of the building.
You will be given a contract of lease for 6 years plus if you wish another 6 will be added.
