| Paradosiako - AlikesTo Paradosiako is a marvellous Greek taverna, situated on the main road, 100 m from the beach of Alykes. As you arrive in Alykes it is the first taverna you will find on the left side of the road, just a few metres way from the bridge. It is also easily accessible from the resort of Alykanas.
Our taverna was established in 1997 and has developed a reputation as one of the best Greek tavernas on the island - offering quality food, at very reasonable prices and with friendly and attentive service.
We named it To Paradosiako (literally meaning traditional) as we designed it to look like a traditional home and we also want to share traditional Greek dishes with you; we really offer you a Greek experience- in decor and in delicious food!
We are sure you will feel at home in our comfortable, homely surroundings.
This is the perfect place to spend the warm summer Zakynthian evenings- with soft Greek music playing in the background, while you devour your meal.
The taverna is open from 12 pm until 12 am: offering lunch, dinner, a special children’s menu and a very delicious range of deserts; as well as an extensive wine list. “To Paradosiako” has a friendly atmosphere and is the ideal choice of restaurant to taste traditional Greek cuisine; our specialities include Kokkinisto (meat cooked in tomato sauce) and oven cooked dishes. All food is freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients. We not only offer Greek cuisine but have a range of international dishes. All dishes are a feast for the senses, with eye-catching presentation and wonderful aroma, these factors are sure to make your mouth-water before the very first bite!
Private parking is available for guests of our taverna. We also have disabled access. Our spacious restaurant has capacity for 130 people (with both indoor and outdoor seating available) and we accept reservations. If you are planning an event, we take reservations of up to 40 people in one group. Please contact us for more details.
