Rachel S

stayed in tsilivi for 2 weeks and went 2 calypso 3 times! we loved it. the food portions were not 2 big and service was quick. we would also say that the prices were some of the cheapest in tsilivi but i suppose it would depend on what u ordered! i wud def recommend this place! The breaded mushrooms were gorg and also the chicken hotpot!

Ate here once in june. The food was ok but nothing special. Wen we got in there we waited about half an hr just 4 a drink and by this point the starters had arrived. we felt that they werent interested in us all they wanted was bums on seats i wud not go bk there.

we ate here twice in 2 weeks. i had the same meal which was veg enchaladas they were scrummy a must for any1 who is a vegetarian! the service was good but quite slow but like other restaurants it wasnt there fault that it was so busy and not enough staff. had 2 wait a while for the bill but the food was well worth it and made up for the wait!

Petros Hotel - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Rachel S

stayed at hotel petros for 2weeks in june and we loved it. the first night wen we decided 2 take a trip down into the centre of town it seems far away but its not at all prob about a 10min walk and if ur feeling lazy a taxi will cost u 5euros. all the staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels and bedding. we only had the b/fast once as we werent up b4 12 most days but it was ok nothing special. the main road was a bit noisy but with the balcony doors shut u can hear anything and if there is any noise at night time coming from the bar which we never had while we were there then all u have 2 do is mention it 2 the reception and they wil sort it out 4u. i loved it at hotel petros and wud go bk again!

Yassou!! Rachel and Pavlos (Paul) here! Got back on Monday and had the best time! Went in Paradise bar every night for 2 weeks and didnt leave any earlier than 3am! Most nights was 4.30! Met some amazing people and we are hoping to go back again in September! Yiannis, Marios, Nikos, Stavros and George are great- they even took us to the beach 1 day! They all work extremely hard to entertain the customers but seem to enjoy it too. I have never laughed so much when Im in Paradise- it really is the best bar in Greece! You must try the Marios special- its gorgeous! Really cant praise this bar enough!

Petros Hotel - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and we wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else! All the staff remembered us from 2 years ago which shows how friendly they are. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels I think was every 2 days. The bar served nice quick food and stayed open until 2am. Again, there were always enough sunbeds for eveyone. Hotel is about 10 minute walk into centre of tslivi or 20 if you want 2 go further but we never did! I would definitely go back to this hotel again. Did not have 1 problem with it!

Apollon - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S          8/10

We stayed in Tslivi in the last 2 weeks of June and visited this restaurant twice. Im a vegetarian so am quite limited to what I can eat but Apollon had a great selection of things for me to choose from. I had the same meal both times! The local Rose wine is gorgeous and you can get half a litre for around 2euros! The staff werent the most friendly but that didnt spoil anything. For garlic bread, bread, 2 mains, and wine around 20 euros. It is a cheap place to go to but the food is of good quality.

Calypso Restaurant - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S          4/10

First went to the restaurant 2 years ago and loved the vegetarian options for me, but sadly this was not the case this time round. We went to Calypso twice and I did not enjoy either meal. There was not alot of choice for me except pizza or pasta. The man stood on the doorway getting people in was a bit creepy and tried it on with loads of english girls. My boyfriend enjoyed his meals here but he said he would not go back. Reasonably priced.

Family Restaurant - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S          10/10

Stayed in Tsilivi for 2weeks and visited Family 6 nights! It was absolutely gorgeous! It had the best vegetarian menu by far and so much to choose from! I enjoyed the stuffed peppers, vegetrain spaghetti, lasagne and Briam. The staff were very friendly and even remembered us from 2 years ago! The garlic bread is to die for. You can order a litre of Rose wine for around 4euros but it is very strong! For 1 starter, 1 wine,  and 2 mains it would cost us no more then 22euros. sometimes as little as 18! Was very cheap but the food was delicious! Would recommend Family highly!

Olive Tree - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S          7/10

Had a very nice meal here. Im vegetarian and there was only 2 things 2 choose from, and the general menu didnt have alot on it either but it is quite a small palce. Wasnt anything too special but ok. Cant remember the price of the meal but i think it was cheap. Havent got anything bad to say about this restaurant. It seems like alot of people go back year after year so it must be good!

Passage To India - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S  (04 July 2008)        8/10

Ate here on our 2nd night it was gorgeous! For 2 starters and 2 mains, 2 drinks it came to 33euros which is quite expensive but well worth it! Portion sizes are just enough. We had a curry this night but the chinese also looked tasty!

Pieros - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S          9/10

Came here once and it was gorgeous! It is very expensive though. The staff are not very friendly and we felt like we were being rushed but the food makes up for that. After reading some of the other comments I can say that the veg was not frozen and most def fresh! You should def go here if you like mexican!

Valantinas Castle - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Rachel S

We didnt visit here as I am vegetarian and there was not alot for me to choose from but many people from our hotel visited Valentinos every night and did not have 1 bad thing to say about it! Its worth trying!
