Windmill Bay Hotel - (Accommodation in Argassi)

Lesley A

We've just come back from a lovely week at Windmill Bay! Plus points: all apartmens had pool view and most had sea view, they were spacious and well-equipped, staff were very helpful, bar food very cheap especially breakfasts (although we were self catering it wasn't worth the trouble to cook!), the only bad point was the busy road into the centre of Argassi - it was a little traumatic walking along it especially when coaches were coming! I'd highly recommend it particularly for families.

Like others have said we tried several restaurants but this was BY FAR the best in Argassi! We ate here 3 times in a week and were never disappointed, lovely food which was very nicely presented, excellent service and friendly staff. They went to a little more trouble than other restaurants and it made all the difference in the world, if you go to Argassi you MUST eat here and you won't be disppointed.

We ate here on a recommendation from staff at our hotel, maybe we were just unlucky but the service was really slow, it WAS particularly busy when we were there but we waited over an hour for our food and when it came it wasn't very well presented. I had moussaka and it tasted like a frozen meal from Asda, it was served with shredded lettuce and chips so no thought had gone into the presentation. They tried to redeem themselves by giving us a fresh fruit salad on the house which was lovely but didn't make up for a disapointing meal
