Argassi Beach Hotel - (Accommodation in Argassi)

Hotel is very clean, the cleaners are in your rooms every day, Bob the barman makes fantastic cocktails and will answer all your questions. Pool large but a bit deep for kids. Breakfst very acceptable. Only given quietnes a 'good' as we had one of the few rooms backing onto the main street!

Hot Wok - (Restaurants in Argassi)

If you want authentic Thai food in Greece, this is the place! The English owner welcomes you to a table and shouts the orders to his Thai wife who prepares the food. Careful in case he's on a drinking night as things get rather loud in there. But the food id excellent.

Zorbas - (Restaurants in Argassi)

We were in a partyy of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was a tad slow, but nothing to write home about!

Afrodite - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Another rooftop place like Zorbas on the opposite side of the road. Again, no complaints from 8 people about the food.

Ilision - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Bob the barman from the Iliessa Beach Hotel knows the owner of this place and recommended it to us. We went and it was Greek night with traditional dancing and a set traditional menu. Food and dancing was great although when they set fire to the front of the restaraunt for the finale, we all nearly went up with it!

Greek Night - (Zante Excursions)

We went through Peter opposite the Iliessa Beach Hotel. He has a new boat you know! We went to the Kampi Greek Night and talthough a bit cloudy, the sunset was still beautiful. Food excellent variety and the dancers full of energy. Unfortunately I had a bad back that night so couldn't join in the mass dance at the end. Really wanted to join in too!
