Good News! The Alkionis restaurant in Alykanas is under new management and is to re-open on Saturday May 11th for the 2013 season. The new people running it are the Vourtsis family (Spiros, Lena and George) from nearby Katastari who ran the well reputed Zeus Restaurant in Tsilivi which is now sadly closed after 11 years. I guess Tsilivi loss is now Alykanas gain! Good luck to them for the future. We look forward to eating there on 15th.
