My family and my wifes sisters family stayed here for 2 weeks from the31stJuly 07.  We had a fantastic time with absolutly no complaints.  We had a peacefull and exhausting two weeks with lots of fun.  I would highly recommend The garden village for any family  with or with out children. I'm sorry I don't know what all the fuss is about Mermaids.  I visited in a party of 8 and the service was very slow and the food average. People in my party initially wanted to have a dessert but decided against it as they couldn't stand to wait any longer.  In two weeks in Kalimaki this was the only time it happened and Mermaids was the only place we would not recommend.
