Another year another fortnight of eating like a king. The Dias  has once again retained its high standards but I expected no less. The proof is in the pudding(pardon the pun)

Excellent stay at the Dias once again-spotless room and wonderful staff. Thanks to Howard&Linzi who now run the bar and its amenites and are one of the nicest couples we,ve met also to Labros & all the gang for their Greek hospitality- EFHARISTO POLI. Will be re-booking shortly for 2008 and looking forward to return to our second family- YAMMAS.

Had several breakfasts here recently and the service and food were excellent and its also in a very conveinient position- highly recommended.

If your reading this Labros thanks for all those frappe,s,milkshakes , cake & cocktails you made for us back in june and for your excellent music. Finally got your place back on here as it surerly deserves to be mentioned for its charm and atmosphere and the warm welcome you give everyone. Look forward to seeing you next june(towards the end) - get the frappe,s ready. Efharisto poli, Paul & Beth.

The joys of hurting  nice people with derisory comments-maybe i,ll post some of my own later about the other establishment which was the favorite restaurant of the two people who disliked the Dias & its staff so much,but then again i,m not that sad and i,ve never eaten there(doesn,t stop some people though) so I won,t. We,ve never had a bad meal in 7 years of eating at the Dias and the hospitality is second to none. Roll on 2008 when we return to Zakynthos and the hospitality and genuine warmth of Labros & family,Howard & Linzi and all the staff at the Dias and to be in the company of genuine people as this country is sadly lacking in them.

Lovely atmosphere,delicious meals,good service and wonderful hosts....what more do you want? See you all in 2009 xxx paul & beth
