I am looking to book my hols for this June 2006 at the Nikos apartments, I have looked at a map of the town and the postion of the apartments. Please can anyone tell me the walking time to the beach and to the town. I am hoping to book with my brother and it is his 1st time abroad so i want to make it a good one. Your help would be much appreciated. thanks in advance D

Just got back from staying at the Nikos Apartments.

Rooms are very basic,  all the cutlery and crockery where dirty, I stayed in room 1 and everytime I washed pots the smell of the water was awful it smelt like bad eggs.

It is very quiet area not much traffic the kids played football in a carpark area.

Beach is lovely, nice sand, in the sea, it is a little gravely, be careful of the wind we got a little burnt as it was windy. sunbeds a little pricey I thought at 7 euros, but when on holiday. Lots of taverners and bars to eat and drink at on the beach.

Kids menu very good and chef very accommodating.

Great food, great hospitality, and price good. Kids liked it coz they got crayons and paper.

Great. Hired a car and drove there, got lost slightly but we made it. Well worth it.

The resort is quiet if you want it and busy if you want it as well, 

dont know how true that is but glad I am not there then. The locals are really .

I would go there again if it wasnt for the airport. Arrivals was ok went to new building but departures is still bad. Was outside or approx  2hrs for check in with a further 20mins inside , got though to departure lounge if that is wat you can call it (not alot of seats)  quick flit round duty free and then we had to board plane.
