Dennis Bar - (Bars in Tsilivi)

Heidi

I have just come back from a break in Tsilivi, and found Dennis's Bar to be the best in the town. the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming and the barmen were absolutely lovely. we ended going there every night, after our first visit on the third day, and the barmen made the effort to remeber us and great us on every visit. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone visiting Tsilivi, as i found this to be the friendliest bar in Tsilivi.

Camelot - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Heidi   (29 July 2004)

I completely agree with Shazza, i have just returned from Tsilivi, and i found that the food was of very poor quality in Camelot and that 'Bill' to be a disgusting little man. The way he leered at young girls was disturing, and i unfortunately had to walk past the restaurant every night, and i hoped i wouldnt need to see him as i passed and that he was inside the restaurant. i would never go there again. it deserves lower than a 4/10.

Popeyes - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

I really really liked this restaurant. The Margaretta pizza was delicious, i had that every time i ate there. We didnt have to wait long to be served, the only fault was we did hav to wait a little bit for the bill, but otherwise, it was all spot on. The staff were really friendly, always remebered you, and even waved if u were walking past the restaurant. Andrew (i think that was his name!) was probably the nicest waiter there, Dennis, the owner was really friendly and gave me a 'Popeyes' pen and keyring and Thomas was the FITTEST waiter i have ever seen and had the nicest smile ever!!! Finger's crossed he'll still be there next year! The best time to go to eat there, i found was between 7:30 and 8:00pm, it started getting busy after 8:00pm. The location of this restaurant is spot on, in the centre of the town, and in my opinion Popeyes well and truely deserve their 10/10.

Camelot - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Sarah   (01 August 2004)

i didnt go to eat at camelot once. when i was holiday i stayed in the st. dennis apartments and in order to go anywhere in town i had to pass camelot every night, and i dreaded it. that bloke at the door, bill, was horrible, he was completely p**vey and put me completely off the restaurant. i know it's his job to get people to go into the restaurant, but come on, no 17 year old wants to be lured at and chatted up to by some minger when your with a friend and your mum and dad! its completely embarassing! i cant comment on what the foods like there as i never tried it, but from what shazza has said in the past, i think i would want to be lest inpeace when i eat, not have someone loitering around.

St Denis Apartments - (Accommodation in Tsilivi)

Sarah

i stayed in the appartments for a week in July, and it was a really nice place to stay. Near the beach, and practically in the center of town, plus, they do lovely cheese and ham toasties in the pool bar. But, be warned one of the bedroom doors in apartment A6 was a bit old, i mangaed to lock myself in and i couldnt get out, so i had to throw the key out of the window, and waited until a member of staff came to rescue me 20 minutes later, v.embarassing. But overall, its a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
