Dennys Inn Hotel - (Accommodation in Kalamaki)

Giles M

Me & my girlfriend (22 & 18) are going to 'Dennys Inn' during july, is this a suitable hotel for people our age? Also do the rooms have air conditioning of any sort or is the heat bearable?! Also what excursions are available & any advice as to which are the best? Ive only heard of the Zakfari & smugglers cove tours. Cheers any help will be wicked.

Does Dennys Inn do an evening meal? If not is there tavernas nearby that are any good? Also what is the evening entertainment like at the hotel? & how far is it from the beach? Is it very likely that we'll get a balcony? we've requested one but were wondering if many of the rooms actually had them? Cheers and sorry 4 all the questions!!?!

This hotel was excellent, the breakfasts were fine so dont believe the moaners who complain about them and obviously expect 2 much! Me and my girlfriend loved the views, the only complaint i have is about the lack of air conditioning, it desperatly needs it!
Kalamaki is a suprb resort, it is definitely best 4 couples. The hotel is in an excellent location, right between the beach & the town.

This hotel was excellent value 4 money, in a brilliant location nicely between the beach and the town, dont believe the moaners on this site who complain about the breakfasts cuz theyre fine.
The only complaint i can make about it is that it lacks air conditioning & the fans dont make up4 it during the night. If they get air conditioning i would definitely return otherwise its 2 uncomfortable 2 enjoy!

We visited this restaurant on our first night in kalamaki and it was superb, excellent food & value 4 money, so we decided 2 visit again on our last night and our main meals were both awfull but the service and everything else were still excellent.

This place was superb, the waiters make your evening so enjoyable and the setting is very good, we had fantastic meals as advised by the waiters and when we return to zante it will definitely be 1 of the 1st places we visit, cheers!

Red Peppers - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

Giles M  (25 July 2004)

Although this restaurant was ok it was nowhere near the standard of all the others we visited, my meal (souvlaki)was dry but ok & my girlfriends(chicken with spinach & cheese) was so drowned in spinach it was sickly! But maybe we just had bad meals (although i wouldnt go back to find out!) The service was very good except for the waiters constantly smoking!

Stani - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

Words dont describe how good this restauant is, but i'll try anyway. We visited this place twice and the service, views, and even the walk there are excellent, but the food was best(you have 2 try the mussles in garlic butter, fantastic!)
I cant wait till next year when we can visit this restaurant again.

Zepos Taverna - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

This place was good, we had excellent starters & main courses. Its a beautiful place with excellent views but the service wasnt very good and the waiters spent half the evening trying 2 look down my girlfriends top, the greasy, sweaty & spotty waiter being the worst culprit!
