Olive Tree - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Not too stomach friendly, found the food too salty and oily causing problems the following day!

Trenta Nove - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Barry S

We had a couple of meals at the Trenta Nove. Unfortunately on one occasion part of the meal was under cooked. We didn't say anything at the time and when the waiter came to clear all the other empty plates he asked why one meal hadn't been eaten. When it was pointed out that it wasn't fully cooked he couldn't be more apologetic and asked if we would like it replacing this was declined and without any further fuss the cost of that meal was deducted from the bill. It's a shame other restaurants in Tsilivi don't follow the Trenta noves lead. On the other visits the food was always excellent and very good value for money.

Zakynthos Airport - (Places to Visit in Zante)

Barry S          1/10

The phrase that comes to mind is "third world". The place is filthy, there are no way near enough seats to accommodate everyone, everything is well over priced - a fanta lemon 4 euros 80,rip off, - despite what everyone else says it could well stop me going again and the toilets I've never seen anything so revolting, the cleaner really needs to start doing his/her job right or get the sack. It spoils the end of a good holiday and really needs a little bit of  TLC. Arrivals is much cleaner and a place that makes you feel welcome, whereas on the way out they are minging and that just goes to show that it's they end of your holiday and they couldn't care less about you because you're leaving their country!!

Tasos Villas - (Accommodation in Kalamaki)

Barry S          7/10

Very friendly owners who say good morning - Kalimera - to you everyday!

Standard of accommodation was average however cleaning advertised as every other day only happened once for us and that was only after asking! Good job we took extra rubbish bags!

Location was excellent as I have two girls who love to swim in the sea and it was only a two minute walk and on the days we didn't feel like going to the beach there was always John and Joys hotel with a pool and bar next door. It was also located near to all the tourist shops and restaurants with a very good Iguana bar a two minute walk away with plenty to do for the kids and enough t.v's for everyone!

Paolo - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

Barry S          9/10

Last year we went to Paolo's most nights and that happened again this year. You recieve a very friendly welcome and there are a lot of seats to choose from.

The value for money is very good and the food, most of the time, is of an extremely high standard. The waiters are all very attentive and if there is anything that happens to go wrong they try their best to fix it with minimal fuss.

There is also something to do for the children whilst waiting for the meal to arrive, there is a playground with swings, a slide, a rocking horse and a table tennis table - with bats and balls!!

They love if you try to speak Greek and their cards have simple phrases inside them.

The kids seemed to take a very strong liking to the waiters JIMMY and GEORGE!! ( don't think that thats their real names)
