Faulty Towers - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Paul O  (14 August 2003)

Well Having read previous comments i must say I was surprised with this place, it was shut at lunch and i mean every lunch! 1 night my g/f Gemma and I went at 5.30 for a snack and was met by a quick and very sharp we're shut till 6. We attempted to go another 2 or 3 times but it appeared to be one of those places if you didn't go every night you wouldn't get the same service, Geordies Pride or Nemorosa is a much better bet!! Sorry for slating it, but we didn't have a good experience there ( or get the chance to! )

Levante Speedboat Trip - (Zante Excursions)

Paul O

What a Great Trip!! We were lucky enough to visit the south of the island as the wind was too bad on the normal route. We got the chance to visit the keri caves, turtle island and st nicholas beach!
Captain Spiros was great!!! Good laugh, informative, and well prepared as one unlucky swimmier got a sting in her leg, which he took care of. Carole, Gemma, Helen and Micheala all loved piloting the boat while the rest of us held on!! All Good fun, we almost went on twice, only time stopped us! A must if you visit Zante, enjoy!!!

Well the transfer from the airport was ok, quick and informative.
Our Holiday Rep Fiona was a lovely girl!(and probably still is.)
Very pleasant, Helpful, informative and underpaid!!
She had to put up with a push bike that had no breaks (hope you have recovered from your crash!)
Good Luck to her when she takes her driving test!! (another woman on the road!! argghhhh)
As for the flights, erm, a bit dodgy, alot of turbulance, food ok.
The Accommodation - see my comments on the Avouris.

Nemorosa - (Bars in Tsilivi)

Paul O  (18 August 2003)

Well, what can I say, top bar, chilled out, watch/listen whatever you wanted to. Have a tab on the bar, drink sambuca by the litre!
Dimitri the owner was a nice lad, always tried to help. Get the footie on, which was a must for Graham and I.
Well recommended if you want to drink, chat and have no hassles.
